Dear Parents;
Congratulations on your child being selected to participate in the Elementary Choir & Art Gala. We will be
celebrating this wonderful achievement on January 31st at Pflugerville High School’s Fine Art Complex at 6:00
pm. Pflugerville ISD will be organizing rehearsals for all students who have been selected from the 20
elementary campuses in Pflugerville ISD. We are attaching a rehearsal schedule and a tentative itinerary so
that you can prepare for your child to be present for this prestigious event
We have a web page with more honor choir information. This web page will have all of the music that your
child will need to practice. The page is viewable on a smart phone, tablet or computer. The web address is:

We will be using district buses to transport your child to Pflugerville HS Fine Arts Complex for the rehearsal
and performance. We will have snacks and drinks for the rehearsal and provide them dinner prior to their
performance. We have provided a permission slip that will need to be signed and return prior to the date of
travel. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

¡Felicitaciones! Se seleccionó su hijo para participar en el 2016-2017 Pflugerville ISD Coro de Honor y el
Gala de Arte.
Vamos a celebrar este logro maravilloso el 31 de enero de 2017 en el Complejo de Bellas Artes (Performing
Arts Center) de Pflugerville High School a las 6:00 pm. Pflugerville ISD va organizar los ensayos para los
estudiantes que han sido seleccionados de las 20 escuelas primarias de Pflugerville ISD. Les estamos dando
un horario de ensayo y un itinerario tentativo para que pueda preparar su hijo para estar presente en este
prestigioso evento.
Tenemos una página web lleno de información. Esta página va a tener la música para el concierto para que
su hijo pueda practicar la música en su casa. Puede usar esta página con un teléfono, una tableta o un

El día del concierto, vamos a usar los autobuses del distrito para transportar a su hijo al Complejo de Bellas
Artes para el ensayo y el concierto. Tendremos meriendas para el ensayo y también la cena antes de su
actuación. Hemos incluido una hoja de permiso que necesita su firma. Devuelve la hoja as su maestra(o)
