REGULATIONS APPLY. THIS PROMOTION IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS. VOID
WHERE PROHIBITED.
1.
Eligibility. Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Dashing Through the Lanes Gift
Giveaway 2016 (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the
District of Columbia and Puerto Rico) who (i) are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and the age of
majority in their jurisdictions of residence; and (ii) have a valid individual AuctionACCESS individual
identification number (the “100 Million Number”) as of November 21, 2016. Employees of Manheim
Remarketing, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Cox Enterprises, Inc., and each of their respective affiliated companies,
subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the family members of, and any persons
domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term “family members”
includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren and in-laws, regardless of
where they live.
2.
How to Enter. The Sweepstakes will be held at all U.S. Manheim Auction locations (each, a
“Participating Location”). The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on
November 28, 2016 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on December 23, 2016 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes. Participants may enter this Sweepstakes during the
Sweepstakes Period in one or both of the following ways:

www.dashingthroughthelanes.com (the “Site”) and register by completing all of the required information
(including name, phone number, email address, and 100 Million Number) and following all posted
instructions. Upon completing the steps in this paragraph, you will receive one (1) entry into the
Sweepstakes.
The first 4,000 participants to access the website and enter the Sweepstakes by completing the online
registration form will each receive one (1) Amazon.com eGift Card Code for an amount totaling $5.00 per
recipient. The Gift Card Code will be sent to eligible recipients via the email address as noted in the
online Sweepstakes registration. Gift Card Codes available while supplies last.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by Sponsor’s Visitor Agreement and Privacy
Policy, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
Limit: one (1) online entry per person and per 100 Million Number during the Sweepstakes Period.
B)
At a Participating Location (In-Lane or Simulcast): Attend a Manheim Auction In-Lane or
Simulcast at a Participating Location during the Sweepstakes Period and you will receive one (1) entry
per Simulcast sale attended or unique bidder badge number obtained. Attendance will be determined
based on you attending a sale at a Participating Location via AuctionACCESS to obtain your bidder
badge number.
Entries by means of software-generated or other automated processes will be disregarded. The use of
multiple identities and/or accounts is prohibited, and any attempt to obtain more than the stated number
of prizes will void that participant’s entries and may result in participant’s disqualification. Incomplete,
forged, altered, automated, mechanically reproduced, lost, late, misdirected, garbled or illegible entries
will be disqualified. Sponsor will not be responsible for failure to receive entries due to transmission
failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network,
hardware or software, whether originating with sender, Sponsor, or Sponsor’s Sweepstakes application
service provider. In the event of a dispute, Sponsor will determine who submitted the disputed entry in its
sole discretion.
All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned. Any questions shall be determined by
Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons who
submit false or misleading entry information or who Sponsor determines to be tampering with or abusing
any aspect of the Sweepstakes.
3.
Winner Selection and Odds. Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will select potential
prize winners as described below.
At or about 12:01 a.m. EST, starting on November 29, 2016 and continuing on each day during the
Promotion Period until December 24, 2016, Sponsor will conduct three (3) random drawings from among
all eligible entries received from the beginning of the Promotion Period until 11:59 p.m. EST on the day
before the Drawing (each, a “Daily Drawing”). For example, for the December 24, 2016 Daily Drawing,
the entry pool will consist of entries received between Monday, November 28, 2016 at 12:01 a.m. EST
and Friday, December 23, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Sponsor will choose a total of seventy-eight (78)
potential prize winners.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received up to the time of the Daily Drawing
and the timing of those entries.
The approximate retail value of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $16,855.75 US.
4.
Prize Description. The potential winners will receive the chance to win the prizes as set forth in
Attachment A. The specific prizes awarded for the Daily Drawings are determined at random, in
Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5.
Winner Notification and Acceptance. Potential winners will be notified approximately one (1) to
three (3) days following the Daily Drawing in which they were selected as potential winners. Sponsor will
notify each potential winner at the email address that is on file in the Auction Access system at the time of
the potential winner’s entry.
In order to claim a prize, potential winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification within five (5) days of
notice or attempted notice. Potential winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a
liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law), which must be notarized and returned
within ten (10) days of notification, and provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security number or tax
identification number for tax reporting purposes.
Sponsor’s inability to reach a potential winner after a reasonable (as solely determined by Sponsor) effort
has been made, the failure of a potential winner to timely respond to a prize notification, the return of any
prize notification as undeliverable, and/or a potential winner’s failure to comply with any term or condition
of these Official Rules may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in the potential winner’s disqualification
and forfeiture of any prize and the prize may be awarded to a substitute winner selected by Sponsor.
A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL SPONSOR HAS
COMPLETED ITS VERIFICATION OF PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY.
A winner may waive the right to receive a prize. Except as expressly stated in these Official Rules, no
prize substitution, cash equivalent of prize, transfer or assignment of prize (or portion thereof) by winner
permitted, unless authorized by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes and individual components of prize
packages are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes or components of
prize packages with a prize or component of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion.
Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on a prize. Winner may be required
to provide his/her valid Social Security Number to Sponsor for tax purposes and/or complete an IRS W-9
form in order to claim a prize. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize
value and, as applicable, will be issued an IRS Form 1099 based on the prize value determined by
Sponsor. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not
be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.
6.
Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes the winner’s irrevocable
consent to the publication or other use by Sponsor and its licensees of his or her name, biographical
information, dealership name and address, and likeness in any and all media now or hereafter devised,
including the Internet, worldwide and in perpetuity, for any commercial, publicity or promotional purpose

(“Advertising”), without notice, limitation, review or approval, or additional compensation. Potential
winners will be announced on the Sweepstakes website as soon as they are selected and by entering this
Sweepstakes you consent to such disclosure. All copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property
rights in such Advertising shall be owned by Sponsor or its licensees and winners hereby disclaim and
waive any claim of right to such Advertising.
7.
Conduct. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the
decisions of Sponsor and any Sweepstakes judges or administrators selected by Sponsor, which are final
and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.
Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise
abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to
cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including, but not limited to, in the event the
Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes
beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness,
integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Should
the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award
prizes based on the entries received before the termination date. Proof of sending or submission of an
entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS
AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK
DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8.
Release. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES, TO
THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TO FULLY RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE AND
HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, COX MEDIA GROUP, INC., COX ENTERPRISES, INC., COX
AUTOMOTIVE, INC., AND THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS,
DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING/PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS AND EACH
SUCH COMPANY’S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND
SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST
ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, INJURIES, AND DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE
SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY,
DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, OR ANY OTHER HARM
WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF: (1) PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES; (2) THE QUALITY,
RECEIPT, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE; OR (3) ANY TRAVEL OR ACTIVITY
THAT IS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE.
9.
Limitations of Liability. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS
ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING
THE WEB SITES AND THE PRIZE(S), ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND THAT SPONSOR MAKES NO
REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE
PRIZE(S) AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. (BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR
LIMITATION OF CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO
YOU. IN SUCH STATES, THE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST

SWEEPSTAKES; (2) TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO
MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, OR DISCONNECTIONS IN PHONE LINES OR NETWORK
HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE; (3) UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN ANY PART OF THE
ENTRY PROCESS OR THE SWEEPSTAKES; (4) TECHNICAL OR HUMAN ERROR WHICH MAY
OCCUR IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES, OR

THE NOTIFICATION OF ANY WINNER; OR (5) ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR
PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE CAUSED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FROM
A PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR RECEIPT OR USE OR MISUSE OF
ANY PRIZE.
PARTICIPANTS FURTHER AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO ANY
PARTICIPANT FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS LIMITED TO
$500 (U.S. DOLLARS).
The number of available prizes is limited to those stated in these Official Rules. In the event that
production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of
prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to
award the prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate eligible prize claims.
10.
Construction. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the
validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be
invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms
as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. Any disputes arising in connection
with this Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the United States and the internal laws of the state
of Georgia. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and
venue of the state and federal courts in Fulton County, Georgia, in all disputes arising out of or related to
this Sweepstakes.

Amazon.com por un monto total de $5.00 por destinatario. El Código de la tarjeta de regalo se enviará a

Al participar en este Sorteo, usted acepta quedar obligado por el Contrato de Visitante y la Política de

B)
En un Centro participante (en el Local de ventas o Simulcast): asista a una Subasta de
Manheim en el Local de ventas o Simulcast durante el Período del Sorteo y recibirá una (1) participación
por venta Simulcast a la que asista o por único número de insignia de postor que obtenga. La asistencia
se determinará según su participación en una venta en un Centro participante a través de
AuctionACCESS para obtener su número de insignia de postor.
Se ignorarán las inscripciones que se generen por medio de software o por otros procesos
automatizados. Se prohíbe el uso de identidades y/o cuentas múltiples y, cualquier intento de obtener
una cantidad de premios mayor a la establecida anulará las inscripciones de dicho participante y podría
ocasionar su descalificación. Se descalificarán las inscripciones incompletas, falsificadas, alteradas,
automatizadas, reproducidas por medios mecánicos, extraviadas, retrasadas, dirigidas incorrectamente,
distorsionadas o ilegibles. El Patrocinador no se hará responsable por no haber recibido inscripciones
debido a fallas de transmisión o técnicas de cualquier tipo, lo que incluye, sin limitación, el mal
funcionamiento de cualquier red, hardware o software, ya sea que se origine en el remitente, en el
Patrocinador o en el proveedor de servicios de solicitud para el Sorteo del Patrocinador. En caso de
alguna controversia, el Patrocinador determinará quién envió la inscripción controvertida, a su entera
discreción.
Todas las inscripciones serán de propiedad del Patrocinador y no serán devueltas. Cualquier cuestión la

3.
Elección del ganador y probabilidades de ganar. El Patrocinador seleccionará posibles
ganadores del premio durante todo el Período del Sorteo, según se describe a continuación.
A las 12:01 a. m. EST, o alrededor de esa hora, del día 29 de noviembre de 2016 y todos los días
durante el Período de la Promoción hasta el 24 de diciembre de 2016, el Patrocinador realizará tres (3)
sorteos aleatorios de todos las inscripciones elegibles recibidas desde el comienzo del Período de la
Promoción hasta las 11:59 p. m. EST del día previo al Sorteo (cada uno, un "Sorteo diario"). Por ejemplo,
para el Sorteo diario del 24 de diciembre de 2016, el registro para el sorteo estará compuesto por las
inscripciones recibidas entre el lunes, 28 de noviembre de 2016, a las 12:01 a. m. EST y el viernes 23 de
diciembre de 2016 a las 11:59 p. m. EST. El Patrocinador seleccionará un total de setenta y ocho
(78) posibles ganadores del premio.
Las probabilidades de ganar dependen de la cantidad de inscripciones elegibles que se hayan recibido
hasta la hora del Sorteo diario y del momento en que se hayan recibido dichas inscripciones.
El valor minorista aproximado para todos los premios que se otorgarán en este Sorteo es de $16,855.75
dólares estadounidenses (USD).
4.
Descripción de premios. Los posibles ganadores tendrán la oportunidad de ganar los premios
según se establece en el Anexo A. Los premios específicos otorgados en los Sorteos diarios se
determinan al azar, a la entera discreción del Patrocinador.
5.
Notificación y aceptación del ganador. Se les notificará a los posibles ganadores entre uno (1)
a tres (3) días después del Sorteo diario en el que hayan sido seleccionados como posibles ganadores, o
cerca de esa fecha. El Patrocinador notificará a cada posible ganador mediante un mensaje enviado a la
dirección de correo electrónico archivada en el sistema de Auction Access en el momento de la
inscripción del posible ganador.
Para reclamar un premio, el posible ganador debe responder a la notificación del Patrocinador en un
plazo de cinco (5) días a partir de la fecha de notificación o de intento de notificación. Es probable que a
los posibles ganadores se les exija completar una declaración jurada de elegibilidad y una exención de
responsabilidad y publicidad (excepto en donde esté prohibido por ley), que se deben certificar y
devolver en un plazo de diez (10) días a partir de la fecha de notificación, y presentar al Patrocinador un
número de seguridad social válido o número de identificación tributaria a efectos de declaración de
impuestos.
La incapacidad del Patrocinador de comunicarse con un posible ganador luego de haber realizado un
esfuerzo razonable (conforme lo haya determinado exclusivamente el Patrocinador), la incapacidad por
parte del posible ganador de responder oportunamente a una notificación del premio, la devolución de
cualquier notificación del premio como imposible de entregar y/o el incumplimiento de un posible ganador
de cualquier término o condición de este Reglamento Oficial podrán, a la entera discreción del
Patrocinador, ocasiona la descalificación del posible ganador y la pérdida de cualquier premio y el premio
puede ser otorgado a un ganador sustituto que seleccione el Patrocinador.
EL PARTICIPANTE NO SERÁ GANADOR DE NINGÚN PREMIO, SALVO QUE, Y HASTA QUE, EL
PATROCINADOR HAYA REALIZADO LA VERIFICACIÓN DE LA ELEGIBILIDAD DEL PARTICIPANTE.
El ganador podrá renunciar al derecho de recibir el premio. Salvo lo expresamente establecido en este
Reglamento Oficial, no se permite ninguna sustitución de premios, reembolso de equivalente en efectivo
del premio, transferencia o asignación del premio (o porción del mismo) por parte del ganador, a menos

que sea autorizado por el Patrocinador a su entera discreción. Los premios y componentes individuales
de los paquetes de premios están sujetos a disponibilidad. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho a
sustituir los premios o componentes de los paquetes de premios por un premio o componente de valor
equivalente o mayor, a su entera discreción.
El ganador es el único responsable de declarar y pagar cualquier impuesto sobre el premio. Es posible
que al ganador se le exija que proporcione su número de Seguro Social válido al Patrocinador para fines
impositivos y/o que complete un formulario W-9 del Servicio de Impuestos Internos (Internal Revenue
Service, IRS) con el fin de reclamar un premio. Los ganadores son los únicos responsables de todos los
impuestos federales, estatales y locales sobre el valor del premio y, según corresponda, se les emitirá un
formulario 1099 del IRS sobre la base del valor del premio determinado por el Patrocinador. Los premios
no ganados ni reclamados por los ganadores elegibles, de conformidad con este Reglamento Oficial, no
serán adjudicados y permanecerán en propiedad del Patrocinador.
6.
Publicidad. Excepto en donde esté prohibido, la aceptación de cualquier premio constituirá el
consentimiento irrevocable del ganador para la publicación u otro uso por parte del Patrocinador y sus
licenciatarios de su nombre, información biográfica, nombre y domicilio del concesionario e imagen en
cualquier medio (actual o creado en el futuro, incluido Internet), a perpetuidad a nivel mundial, para
cualquier fin comercial, publicitario o de promoción (en adelante, "Publicidad"), sin necesidad de previo
aviso, sin limitaciones, sin que sea necesaria una aprobación o revisión previas ni ninguna
compensación adicional. Los ganadores posibles se anunciarán en el sitio web del Sorteo
inmediatamente después de haber sido seleccionados, y, al inscribirse en este Sorteo, usted da su
consentimiento para tal divulgación. Todo derecho de autor, marca registrada u otro derecho de
propiedad intelectual sobre dicha Publicidad será propiedad del Patrocinador o de sus licenciatarios, y
los ganadores por medio del presente renuncian y eximen de responsabilidad por cualquier reclamación
de derechos sobre dicha Publicidad.
7.
Conducta. Al participar, los participantes aceptan quedar obligados por este Reglamento Oficial
y por las decisiones del Patrocinador y de cualquier juez o administrador del Sorteo elegido por el
Patrocinador, que serán definitivas y vinculantes en todos los sentidos. El hecho de no cumplir con este
Reglamento Oficial puede tener como consecuencia la descalificación. El Patrocinador se reserva, a su
entera discreción, el derecho de descalificar a las personas que hayan manipulado o abusado de otro
modo de cualquier aspecto del Sorteo, conforme lo determine exclusivamente el Patrocinador. El
Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de cancelar o modificar el Sorteo por cualquier motivo, incluyendo, en
el caso de que el Sorteo se viera comprometido por un virus, una intervención humana no autorizada,
algún tipo de manipulación u otra causa, que trascienda el control razonable del Patrocinador, que
pudiera alterar o perjudicar la administración, seguridad, imparcialidad, integridad o funcionamiento
apropiado del Sorteo, a su entera discreción. En caso de que se deba finalizar el Sorteo antes de la
fecha de vencimiento establecida, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de adjudicar premios en función
de las inscripciones recibidas antes de la fecha de finalización. El comprobante de envío de una
inscripción no se considerará comprobante de recepción por parte del Patrocinador.
ADVERTENCIA: TODO INTENTO DE OCASIONAR DAÑOS DE FORMA DELIBERADA A CUALQUIER
SITIO WEB O DE SOCAVAR EL FUNCIONAMIENTO LEGÍTIMO DEL SORTEO CONSTITUIRÁ UNA
VIOLACIÓN DE LAS LEYES PENALES Y CIVILES Y SI LLEGARA A PERPETRARSE DICHO
INTENTO, EL PATROCINADOR SE RESERVA EL DERECHO DE SOLICITAR COMPENSACIÓN POR
DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS Y OTROS RECURSOS DE REPARACIÓN JUDICIAL (LO QUE INCLUYE
HONORARIOS DE ABOGADOS) DE CUALQUIERA DE DICHAS PERSONAS EN LA MEDIDA MÁS
AMPLIA QUE LO PERMITA LA LEY.
8.
Exención de responsabilidad. AL PARTICIPAR EN EL SORTEO, CADA PARTICIPANTE
ACEPTA, EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, EXIMIR POR COMPLETO, LIBERAR
DEFINITIVAMENTE Y MANTENER INDEMNES AL PATROCINADOR, COX MEDIA GROUP, INC., COX
ENTERPRISES, INC., COX AUTOMOTIVE, INC., Y A SUS RESPECTIVAS FILIALES, AFILIADAS,
PROVEEDORES, DISTRIBUIDORES, AGENCIAS DE PUBLICIDAD/PROMOCIÓN Y PROVEEDORES
DE PREMIOS, Y A CADA UNO DE LOS EJECUTIVOS, DIRECTORES, EMPLEADOS, AGENTES,
REPRESENTANTES, SUCESORES Y CESIONARIOS DE TALES EMPRESAS (EN CONJUNTO, LAS
“PARTES EXENTAS”) ANTE CUALQUIER RECLAMACIÓN, COSTO, RESPONSABILIDAD, PÉRDIDA,

LESIÓN, DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS QUE SURJAN DEL SORTEO, LO QUE INCLUYE, SIN LIMITACIÓN,
CUALQUIER RECLAMACIÓN POR LESIONES PERSONALES, MUERTE, DAÑOS A LA PROPIEDAD O
LA PÉRDIDA DE ESTA, PÉRDIDA DE DISFRUTE O CUALQUIER OTRO PERJUICIO QUE SURJA DE:
(1) LA PARTICIPACIÓN EN EL SORTEO; (2) LA CALIDAD, LA RECEPCIÓN, LA POSESIÓN, EL USO
O EL USO INDEBIDO DE CUALQUIER PREMIO; O (3) CUALQUIER VIAJE O ACTIVIDAD
RELACIONADA CON EL SORTEO O CUALQUIER PREMIO.

Limitaciones de responsabilidad. AL PARTICIPAR EN EL SORTEO, LOS PARTICIPANTES
RECONOCEN Y ACEPTAN QUE TODO LO RELACIONADO CON ESTE SORTEO, INCLUIDOS LOS

LAS PARTES EXENTAS NO SE HACEN RESPONSABLES DE: (1) CUALQUIER INFORMACIÓN
INCORRECTA O INEXACTA, YA SEA CAUSADA POR LOS PARTICIPANTES, POR ERRORES DE
IMPRESIÓN O DE PRODUCCIÓN, O POR CUALQUIERA DE LOS EQUIPOS O PROGRAMAS
ASOCIADOS CON EL SORTEO O UTILIZADOS EN ESTE; (2) LAS FALLAS TÉCNICAS DE
CUALQUIER TIPO, LO QUE INCLUYE, SIN LIMITACIÓN, EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEFECTUOSO, LAS
INTERRUPCIONES, LAS DESCONEXIONES EN LÍNEAS TELEFÓNICAS, O HARDWARE O
SOFTWARE DE RED; (3) LA INTERVENCIÓN HUMANA NO AUTORIZADA EN CUALQUIER PARTE
DEL PROCESO DE PARTICIPACIÓN O DEL SORTEO; (4) LOS ERRORES TÉCNICOS O HUMANOS
QUE PUEDAN OCURRIR EN LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DEL SORTEO O EN EL PROCESAMIENTO DE
LAS INSCRIPCIONES; O (5) CUALQUIER LESIÓN O DAÑO A PERSONAS O BIENES QUE PUEDA
SER CAUSADO, DIRECTA O INDIRECTAMENTE, EN SU TOTALIDAD O PARCIALMENTE, POR LA
PARTICIPACIÓN POR PARTE DE UN PARTICIPANTE EN EL SORTEO O LA RECEPCIÓN, EL USO O
EL MAL USO DE CUALQUIER PREMIO.
ASIMISMO, LOS PARTICIPANTES ACUERDAN QUE LA RESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL DE LAS
PARTES EXENTAS CON RESPECTO A CUALQUIER PARTICIPANTE POR RECLAMACIONES QUE
SURJAN O SE RELACIONEN CON EL PRESENTE SORTEO SE LIMITARÁ A $500 (DÓLARES
ESTADOUNIDENSES).
La cantidad de premios disponibles se limitará a la indicada en el presente Reglamento Oficial. En el
caso de que, por motivos técnicos, de producción, de reproducción, de programación o por cualquier otro
motivo, hubiese disponible y/o se reclamase un número mayor de premios que el establecido en este
Reglamento Oficial, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de adjudicar los premios mediante un sorteo al
azar entre todas las reclamaciones de premios legítimas y elegibles.
10.
Interpretación. La invalidez o inaplicabilidad de cualquier disposición contenida en este
reglamento no afectará la validez o la aplicabilidad de ninguna otra disposición. En caso de que se
determine que alguna de estas disposiciones es inválida o inaplicable, este Reglamento Oficial se
interpretará de conformidad con sus términos, como si la disposición inválida o inaplicable no estuviera
incluida. Cualquier controversia que surja con respecto a este Sorteo se regirá por las leyes de los
Estados Unidos y las leyes internas del estado de Georgia. Al participar en este Sorteo, los participantes
dan su consentimiento y aceptan la jurisdicción y competencia exclusivas de los tribunales estatales y
federales del condado de Fulton en Georgia, en lo que respecta a todas las controversias que surjan o se
