POSTER PRESENTATION
To be hanged up: Wednesday 26th, from 8 am to 9 am in Florida Room, Plaza Hotel.
Group A Presentation (Morning): Wednesday 26th, from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm
Group B Presentation (Afternoon): Wednesday 26th, from 2 pm to 3.30 pm
Posters need to be removed that day from 3.45 pm to 5.00 pm
POSTERS INSTRUCTIONS
The poster should be printed on paper (or other lightweight material) and will be stuck in a panel.
DIMENSIONS: 0.90 m (wide) and 1.50 m (high). The format must be vertical.
The poster should be clear and explicit, respecting the structure of the abstract. At the top, the title,
authors, and the institution will be placed in separate lines. The font size must permit easy reading at a
distance of one meter.
PRESENTACIÓN DE POSTERS
Colocación: Miércoles 26 de Octubre de 8.00 a 9.00 hs. en el Salón Florida, Hotel Plaza.
Grupo A – Presentación (Mañana): miércoles 26 de 10.30 a 12.30 hs.
Grupo B – Presentación (Tarde): miércoles 26 de 14.00 a 15.30 hs.
Los posters deben ser retirados el día 26 de Octubre entre las 15.45 y las 17.00 hs.
REGLAMENTO DE POSTERS
El poster debe ser impreso en papel (u otro material liviano de fácil pegado) y será pegado en un
panel que el Comité pondrá a disposición de los autores.
MEDIDAS: 0,90 m de ancho por 1,50 m de altura. Su formato debe ser vertical.
El póster debe ser claro y explícito, respetando la estructura del resumen previamente enviado. En la
parte superior se colocarán en líneas separadas el título, los autores, y la institución donde fue
realizado. El tamaño de la tipografía debe permitir su fácil lectura a una distancia de un metro.
