ESTUDIANTE DERECHO - PRACTICUM
Áreas de colaboración:
•
Soporte y ayuda al departamento Legal en tareas de Defensa de Marca (Brand Protection): preparación de escritos a juzgados (escritos de valoración de daños y
perjuicios, escritos de renuncia), redacción de denuncias, control de calendario de juicios.
•
Soporte y ayuda al departamento Legal en el seguimiento de expedientes, redacción de notas de intervenciones y archivo legal.
•
Soporte y ayuda al departamento Legal con la redacción de bases legales para concursos y sorteos organizados por el departamento de Marketing.
Requisitos:
•
Estudiante de Derecho con disponibilidad para practicum y para poder ampliar una vez finalizado el practicum mediante beca.
•
Preferiblemente 4 horas diarias en horario de mañana (flexibilidad ante obligaciones académicas)
•
Alumno interesado en tareas de Propiedad Intelectual
•
Habilidades de comunicación excelentes tanto orales como escritas
•
Nivel medio de Inglés
•
Nivel avanzado en Microsoft Word y Excel
