PROGRAMA DE ESTÍMULOS A LA INNOVACIÓN CIERRE DE APOYO CONVOCATORIA 2015 (INNOVAPYME, INNOVATEC Y PROINNOVA) Cartas de Cierre para Proyectos de la Convocatoria 2015 (2do Periodo de Entrega) A los beneficiarios de la Convocatoria de Proyectos de Investigación, de Desarrollo e Innovación Tecnológica 2015 (INNOVAPYME, INNOVATEC Y PROINNOVA), se les informa que los proyectos de las empresas que aparecen en el listado anexo han cumplido con el proceso de evaluación técnica y financiera final y obtuvieron la aprobación del Comité Técnico Intersecretarial de Innovación para realizar el cierre del apoyo. Conforme a lo enunciado en el numeral 12.2 de los Términos de Referencia de la Convocatoria 2015, el proceso se formalizará con la “Carta de Cierre de Apoyo” emitida por el CONACYT a través de la Dirección de Innovación (DI). La entrega de la Carta de Cierre de Apoyo se llevará a cabo del 15 al 19 de agosto de 2016, en horario de 9:30 am a 14:00 hrs., (tiempo del centro de país), en las oficinas centrales del CONACYT, ubicadas en Av. Insurgentes Sur No. 1582, Col. Crédito Constructor, Delegación Benito Juárez, C.P. 03940, Ciudad de México, a través de la Dirección de Innovación 5° piso Ala Norte. Para obtener la Carta de Cierre de Apoyo:     Deberá presentarse durante el periodo antes descrito, con la Lic. Maribel Martínez o la Lic. Tania Ángeles. Se deberá presentar el Representante Legal de la empresa quien firmó el Convenio y deberá exhibir en original una identificación oficial vigente (credencial de elector, pasaporte o cédula profesional) y entregar copia de la misma, para poder recibir la carta de cierre. En caso de que el Representante Legal que haya firmado en su momento el Convenio, no sea el Representante Legal actual, deberá entregar copia del poder notarial que acredite sus facultades. En caso de que el Representante Legal de la empresa quien firmó el Convenio no pueda presentarse, deberá designar a una persona para recoger dichos documentos mediante una carta poder simple1 en hoja membretada en la calidad que ostenta, firmada por él y dirigida al Secretario Ejecutivo del Programa Mtro. Hugo Nicolás Pérez González y deberá indicar el número y nombre del proyecto. 1 La carta poder debe cumplir con todos los requisitos (Firmada por el Responsable Legal, de la persona que acepta el poder y dos testigos y deberá estar acompañada de las copias de las identificaciones del Responsable Legal y los testigos.) Página 1 de 8 22/07/16  La persona designada debe presentar su identificación oficial vigente y entregar copia de la misma, igualmente debe entregar la carta poder original, copia de la identificación oficial vigente del Representante Legal y de ser el caso, entregar copia del poder notarial que acredite las facultades del Representante Legal actual. Es importante mencionar que todos aquellos proyectos que en el listado presentan observación “Con cargas financieras”, podrán recoger su carta si ya fueron cubiertas las mismas, en caso contrario, no se les podrá entregar su carta de cierre. Asimismo, a todos aquellos proyectos que se encuentran publicados en el primer listado de entrega de cargas y no se presentaron a recoger la carta de cierre, podrán acudir a las instalaciones a recoger la carta de cierre dentro del periodo antes descrito atendiendo la totalidad de los requisitos señalados. Favor de no presentarse si no cuenta con la totalidad de los documentos y dentro del periodo descrito.
