Divine Mercy Holy Hour
Our Divine Mercy Holy Hour is normally held on
the last Sunday of Each Month, at 3:00pm.
However — We will not meet for this Holy Hour
on Easter Sunday.
Veritas Faith Formation Classes
Our Faith Formation Classes, for students in
Grades 1-12, Will NOT Meet this coming
Wednesday, March 30th. We are taking this
week off, in observance of the Great Octave of
Easter; in which each of the 8 days is celebrated as Easter Day.
Our Classes will resume on Wednesday, April 10th, as usual,
with Grades 1-4 having class from 4:30pm—5:45pm, and
Grades 5-12 from 6:15pm to 7:45pm.
Knights of Columbus Pizzas
Summer is fast approaching, and with all
the great summer activities, you’ll be
looking for some fast, yet delicious ideas
for meals.
Look no further! The KCs are once
again offering their scrumptious pizzas!
Students in Grades 5, 8, and 11 will be taking a Diocesan
required Religious Education Assessment during April.
Cheese & Sausage, Cheese & Pepperoni,

St. Mary of the Angels Parish invites you to a traditional
Polish Easter Brunch on Divine Mercy Sunday, April 3rd!

The Resurrection changes EVERYTHING! Nothing

different, the water is different, nature is different, the
sky is different, WE are different; for Christ has put
death to death, and has restored us — and creation
itself— to life!

Gym Nights
Let me take this time now to thank all those who have
helped to express this Easter Joy in our parish:
Our many volunteers, Roger & Lois Bader, and our
Adult Choir, Ashley Reif, and our Youth Choir,
Dr. & Mrs. Stillwell, and the Knights & Maidens of the
Altar, The Never-Tiring and Dedicated Decorating
Crew, Ken Heim, and the Ushers, Barb Moore, and the
Greeters, our Extraordinary Communion Ministers, our
Faith Formation Volunteers who share the Good News
with our students, and each of you who sustain us with
your time, talent, prayers, and treasure.
Just in case you haven’t yet
heard, all youth who are in any way involved here at
Ss. Peter & Paul Parish, are invited to
participate in
Youth Gym Night, every Tuesday, from 5:30pm to
7:00pm in our gym—located in our School Building.
Signed Parental Permission forms are required for all
youth, and these are available at the check-in table, on
the way to the gym.
Please use the entrance from the parking lot. There is
no admission fee. Those under 18 may not leave until
7:00pm, unless in the company of their parent(s).
May the joy and peace of the
Easter Season dwell ever in our
hearts!
The Church is the Family of God—and this parish is
our “immediate family.” We are indeed blessed to be,

La lectura de la Biblia no es como leer

Palabra de Dios.Lectura de la Escritura debe terminar con
una oración para que esta Palabra dé fruto en nuestras vidas,
que nos ayuda a ser más santos y más fieles.
La suma es mayor que las partes. Leer la Biblia en su
contexto. Lo que sucede antes y después - incluso en otros
libros - nos ayuda a comprender el verdadero significado
del texto.
