Plan Lector y otros libros obligatorios 2016

Estimados padres de familia:
Adjunto encontrarán el plan lector de las áreas de Inglés y de Comunicación para el año escolar 2016.
Como ustedes saben nuestros alumnos deben leer, como mínimo, cinco libros en español y cuatro en inglés
durante el año, objetivo que es de esencial importancia en ambas áreas.
Noten, por favor que les estamos presentando el plan lector del siguiente grado escolar y que las 3
secciones de cada grado leerán al mismo tiempo cada libro, tanto en Comunicación como en Inglés.
En general, de no tener los libros de los planes lectores en casa, ustedes pueden adquirirlos donde prefieran.
Cabe señalar que cuando se indica una antología, se indica la casa editorial porque el contenido varía entre
antología y antología; en todos los demás casos la mención de editoriales es meramente referencial.
En el caso de Inglés, dado que la mayoría de los libros solicitados son importados, el colegio desea facilitar a
los padres interesados el proceso de adquisición recibiendo sus órdenes de compra a través de nuestra
INTRANET. Los pedidos para el 2016 se tomaran del 17 al 30 de noviembre. Cabe indicar que, solo si se
hizo el pedido a tiempo, estamos en capacidad de garantizar una entrega oportuna. Recomendamos, pues,
asegurarse de que su hijo(a) cuente con el material necesario para participar de las actividades de lectura
programadas para el 2016.
A continuación, listamos otros libros que son asimismo necesarios en los diferentes grados, para trabajar la
preparación de exámenes internacionales.
Como una facilidad para los padres, estos últimos libros pueden ser adquiridos en Trener 1 en la Feria del

Reading Plan and Other Required Books 2016

Dear Parents,
Enclosed is the 2016 Reading Plan for the English and the Spanish Language Arts Areas. We would like to
remind you that the Reading Plan is a critical part of the English and Spanish programs. Our students are
expected to read at least 5 books in Spanish and 4 books in English throughout the year.
We are presenting the 2016 English and Spanish reading plan for the next grade. Please note that all 3
sections of each grade will be reading the same novel at the same time, in both English and Spanish.
In the event that you do not have the required reading books at home, you can acquire them form the
bookstore of your choice. When it is an anthology, we mention the publisher because the content varies among
anthologies; in all other cases the publishers are merely referential.
However, since most of the required books in English are imported, the school would like to help the
parents in the process of acquiring them by receiving your purchase order. The English reading plan book

Plan lector de Secundaria 2016
En el área de Comunicación se lee un libro obligatorio por bimestre, en el orden señalado. Todas las
secciones de un grado leen el mismo libro a la vez. El quinto libro, que puede ser presentado en cualquier
momento a partir del inicio de clases, implica una elección personal dentro de los parámetros que fija el área y
que son dados a conocer, directamente a los alumnos, durante la primera semana de clases.
Al momento de recibir el informe, no olvide consultar con el tutor si se ha previsto que su hijo(a) siga un
plan lector alternativo durante el año escolar 2016.
