City Ordinance Article II Sec. 90‐33. Reads: UNAUTHORIZED DEPOSIT OF TRASH OR GARBAGE. It shall be unlawful for any person to sweep, throw, dump, deposit or permit any garbage or trash upon or along any drain, gutter, alley, sidewalk, street or vacant lot, or upon any public or private premises within the city. This letter is to invite you to HELP OUR DEPARTMENT TO BEAUTIFY HIDALGO, by calling Police department at 956 8432737, and our Code Enforcement Department at 956 8432286 to avoid people from out of town dumping their trash in our neighborhood, only the license plate of the vehicle at site and the city will take whatever steps needed to resolve the unsanitary or unhealthy matter.
