All exhibitors must comply with the safety code in operation for the rally. In any dispute the decision of the safety officer shall be final. All exhibits must be covered by public liability insurance for the type of event, having minimum indemnity of £2,000,000. No movement of vehicles or cycles around exhibits, arena, stalls, marquees unless by permission of a steward during rally hours.
