Located in the McAllen-Edinburg-Mission metro market, one of the
fastest growing U.S. areas. The center is in the Rio Grande Valley at the
southern tip of Texas, bordered on the east by the Gulf of Mexico, on
the south by the Rio Grande, which forms the international U.S./Mexico
border, and on the west and north by Texas ranching counties.
With 13 ports of entry to Mexico along the international border, the
region is a major distribution center. Tourism is one of the main staples of
the economy. Many “Winter Texans” come to the region from September
