of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of The
Medical Educator Consortium and American Society of General Surgeons. The Medical Educator Consortium is
accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Disclosure Statement
The Medical Educator Consortium (MEC) adheres to the ACCME Standards for Commercial Support. All persons that will be in a position to control the content of the CME Activity are required to disclosure all relevant
financial relationships. Faculty disclosure forms outlining this information will be made available to all participants prior to educational Activity. MEC has also implemented a mechanism to identify and resolve all conflicts
of interest prior to the education activity being delivered to learners. The source of all support from commercial
interests will also be disclosed to learners prior to the beginning of the educational activity.

with the American Society of General Surgeons (ASGS) meeting to receive our group rate. The rate for a Run of
the House room is $199 per night. Our room block expires January 6, 2015. Please be aware that reservations and
cancellations made in our block affect our contract. We ask that you book only the rooms you need and make any
cancellations in a timely fashion. Companies will be responsible for all rooms booked for its representatives within
the ASGS block. Should the company or its representatives cancel rooms after the block expires, the company may
be billed for attrition.
