Dear Parents/Guardians,
The school year is certainly flying by! This letter is to remind you of a few upcoming events:
1. “Go Home” Evacuation Drill, Friday, May 27th
 At 2:00 p.m. students will begin our Evacuation Drill.
o Students will be dropped off at their regular bus stop. This is earlier than usual for
our students, so please make the necessary arrangements to have someone at the bus
stop.
o Students that usually get picked up by their parent will need to do this by 2:00
p.m.
o Please be advised that the Child Care Center will be open on this day.

ASPIRE & all afterschool activities (Homework club, etc.) will also be cancelled on this
date.
2. Elementary Concert – Tuesday, May 31st – 7:00 p.m.
3. Secondary Concert – Wednesday, June 1 – 7:00 p.m.

Estimados Padres de Familia/Tutores,
¡El año escolar se está pasando volando! Esta carta es para informarles sobre próximos eventos:
1. Viernes, 27 de mayo: Ejercicio de “Ir a Casa”
 A las 2:00 p.m. los estudiantes iniciaran el ejercicio de evacuación.

Los estudiantes se bajaran es su parada de autobús regular. Esto será antes de lo normal,
por favor asegúrese de hacer los arreglos necesarios para que alguien los espere en la parada
del autobús.

Los estudiantes que normalmente son recogidos por sus padres deberán de ser
recogidos a las 2:00 p.m

El Child Care Center estará abierto este día.

El programa ASPIRE al igual que todas las actividades de después de escuela (clubes de
tarea, etc.) estarán cancelados en esta fecha.
2. Concierto de la Primaria – Martes, 31 de mayo – a las 7:00 p.m.
3. Concierto del Segundario – Miércoles, 1 de junio – a las 7:00 p.m.
