Se disputará a 10 rondas, sistema Suizo FIDE.
El comienzo de las partidas será a las 16’00 horas, excepto las
rondas 2ª (día 04, sábado) y 10ª (día 11, sábado) a las 09’00 h.El día
4 de Julio (sábado) habrá doble ronda (2º y 3º) .
C.- El ritmo de juego será: 90 minutos de tiempo final + incremento de
30 segundos por jugada.
D.- Local de Juego: PABELLÓN POLIDEPORTIVO DE BENASQUE
E.- Válido para obtención de Normas Internacionales y Evaluación
Rating FIDE y FEDA
F.- INSCRIPCIÓN: 40 €. Los nacidos en el año 2001 y sucesivos, 30 €. El
cierre de Inscripciones será el día 30 de Junio. Únicamente se
admitirán las 550 primeras inscripciones.
G.- Jugadores ELO FIDE + 2.400, inscripción gratuita.
H.- La inscripción se abonará antes de la 3ª Ronda, sin este requisito el
jugador no será emparejado en la 3ª ronda.
I.Existirán días libres a disposición de los jugadores. Los días libres
para la 1ª y 2ª ronda deberán ser solicitados antes de la 1ª ronda,
los siguientes antes de terminar la ronda del día anteior. No será
emparejado y se le otorgará cero puntos.
J.- Por las características de la Sala (Normativa G.A.), no estará
permitido fumar, ni introducir comida o bebida en las Salas de Juego
y de Análisis. Los jugadores deberán tener los teléfonos o cualquier
otro medio totalmente apagados, si se hace cualquier uso el jugador
perderá la partida.Si un participante no acata la reglamentación
pertinente, comete falta de ética ajedrecística o se comporta
inadecuadamente dentro o fuera de las instalaciones del Torneo,
podrá ser penalizado, y en función de su falta, llegar incluso a la
descalificación definitiva.
K.- El Reglamento/Base Oficial del Torneo será de obligado
cumplimiento y figurará en el local de juego, en idioma español, no
haciéndose la Organización responsable de los posibles errores de
traducción en la página web, donde solo es informativa.
L.- Los participantes españoles deberán tener, obligatoriamente,
licencia en vigor expedida por la Federación Española.
M.- Todos los jugadores deberán tener obligatoriamente código en la
FIDE, sin el cual no podrán participar en el torneo.
N.- Los participantes en el torneo autorizan la publicación de sus datos
personales en los diferentes medios de comunicación que la
organización considere oportunos para la necesaria difusión del
evento; listados de resultados, clasificaciones, participantes,
partidas, etc.
O.- La participación en este Torneo supone la total aceptación del
Reglamento / Bases del mismo.

A.- The tournament will be played over 10 rounds, Swiss System FIDE.
B.- Match timetable will start at 16’00 h. Except, the 2ª round (Saturday 4)
and 10ª round (Saturday 11) that will start at 09’00 hours. July 4 will be
double round (2ª and3ª round).
C.- There will be an playing rhythm: 90 minutes + 30 seconds per move.
D.- Place: BENASQUE SPORT PAVILION.
E.- The tournament will count towards to point for FIDE and FEDA rankings.
F.- INSCRIPTION FEE: 40€. Players born in 2001 and successive will be:

30€. The inscription will be closed on 30 June. Only the 550 first
inscriptions will be accepted.
G.- Players ELO FIDE + 2400 free inscription.
H.- The inscription shall be paid before the 3rd round, without this
requirement the player will not be matched in the 3rd round.
I.- There will be byes available “free days” at player’s disposition.The free

days for 1 and 2st round must be requested before the 1 round,the
following before finished the previous round . The player(s) will not be
matched and will they be granted with zero points.
J.- Because of the characteristic of the Playing Room (Legislation G.A.),
smoking, eating and drinking are not allowed in the Playing Room and
Analysis. Players must have phones or any electronic means totally off,
if a player any use will lose the game.
If a participant does not comply with the regulations, commits
misconduct or behaves inappropriately inside or outside the
installations of the tournament, may be penalized, and depending on
his fault, even to reach the final disqualification.
K.- Regulation Rules /Official Bases Tournament being mandatory, will be
displayed in the playing room, in Spanish, The Organization will not be
held responsible for any translation mistakes on the website, which is
purely informative.
L- The Spanish participants must be obligatorily valid license issued by the
Spanish Federation.
M.- All players must have obligatorily FIDE code, without this requirement,
may not participate in the tournament.
N.- Participants in the tournament authorize the publication of your
personal data in different media that the organization considers
appropriate for the necessary publicity of the event; lists results,
rankings, participants, items.
O.- Participation in this tournament presumes the total acceptance of
Regulation/Rules of the same
BLITZ TOURNAMENT
