Structure of the guides As was somehow mentioned before, the course consists of three kinds of guides: Diagnosis Learning, and Consolidation which, in turn, correspond to three different kinds of activities. Diagnosis Guide The Diagnosis Guide is intended to help the apprentice to have an introductory approach to the course. In this regard, this guide includes some lexical review materials and two exams: an introductory test and a final test. None of these tests is hosted is Blackboard, but inside the guide itself. It means that both the questions and the answers are managed in a multimedia format. However, the results of the last one of these tests will be linked to the Score Center (Centro de Calificaciones). To access the Diagnosis Guide, click on the corresponding button, next to the folder icon: Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje - SENA. This downloadable version corresponds to the classical SENA form for learning guides. To start browsing throughout the Diagnosis Guide, just click on the Start-up button. This button will take you to a brief introductory situation before working on the guide. Then, when clicking on the central button (Playing at the funfair), you will find three sub-navigation buttons: Getting ready for the fair, Exploring the fair, and Playing the fair. In Getting ready for the fair, apprentices can take a self-evaluation test to check their lexical knowledge; in Exploring the fair, apprentices can interact with different learning materials to reinforce their knowledge; in Playing the fair, apprentices will take a second interactive test. This second test is not for self-evaluation and will be linked to the Score Center (Centro de Calificaciones). Finally, the third navigation button (Further) will take you to a set of external links to some support materials on the web. Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje - SENA.
