A court recently ordered the release of court transcripts that detailed
how police used a cellphone surveillance tool known as a “Stingray”
during a Florida investigation.
The newest version of the tool is small enough to be worn on the
body and captures phone data from tens of thousands of innocent
people, allowing police to listen in on calls, block phone signals, see
texts and even send fake text messages to or from your phone.

Eso depende del crimen ¿cierto? ¿Continúan siendo

Gina Raimondo is a candidate of the people, someone who has
solutions for most of the issues of interest to residents of our state.
We should also mention that she is a person with experience,
knowledge, ethics and professionalism.
Gina Raimondo is the daughter of immigrants, she is a woman and
a mother. She went to public schools and grew up in a family of the
working middle class. All of this makes Gina the candidate to best
understand the great challenges that minorities face. As a woman
and a mother, she understands the needs of children and families.
Gina has, since the beginning of this campaign, distinguished
herself from many other candidates and demonstrated an interest
to understand and find solutions to the issues that affect usa ll.
Gina has met with groups of community leaders and leaders of
faith, to understand the issues and work out a tangible solution for a
better future of Rhode Island and its inhabitants.
Polls have her ahead and we expect to make history on November
4th with the first woman governor in Rhode Island.

comprender los grandes desafíos que por años hemos enfrentado
las minorías y más aún cuando se habla de las mujeres y como
madre también puede comprender las necesidades de los niños y
familias.

government (taxpayer)
assistance and on the
other hand increased
the number of taxpayers
which lessened the
individual tax burden on
others ... but the stigma
of old crimes nearly
prevented this.
The message "forgive
us our trespasses" has
been lost on the selfrighteous sinners who
point fingers and cry
"felon," "criminal" while
forgetting that all have
sinned, and to love your
neighbor as yourselves...
in the case of our Mayor's
race for example, Cianci
and Elorza have both
committed crimes that we
know about and deserve
forgiveness.
Our message to whoever
becomes Mayor should
be very clear. Let's
get these people with
criminal records back
to work in private
enterprise. Jobs handed
out by government raise
taxes for everyone. Jobs
with private business
and enterprise pay back
into our communities
with jobs, self esteem,
lower taxes and a better
economy for all.
Where are the jobs to
employ them? Start with
Providence's waterfront
which employed 2100
people years ago...

jobs today could

thousand people who are
a taxpayer burden today
into part of the solution

Stop arguing about

someone who "should
have known" there was

WAR ON THE
“UNDERCLASS”
In 2007 Professor

released a publication

LANDLORDS,
RENT CONTROL,
AND HEALTHY
GENTRIFICATION: A
POLICY PROPOSAL

In this publication Elorza
describes the emergence
of concentration of lowincome families in inner
cities and the negative
effects attributed to
this phenomenon. The
results of impoverished
immigrant families and
southern black families
gathering in urban cores

the last century, Elorza
argues, is the cultivation
of a neighborhood
void of exemplary role
models for our children,
communities that are
socially isolated, families
that are morally deprived,
criminal tenacity,
delinquent behaviors,
and a people incapable
of unity and prolonged
peace. He explicitly
states, “children from
the underclass have
few employed role
models and develop
behaviors and attitudes
that are increasingly
distant from the wider
society.” Elorza borrows
a quote from Micheal R.
Greenberg to drive home
his point: “To live in a
blighted environment is
dispiriting, demeaning,
and profoundly
dehumanizing. Ugliness
spreads… people
flee before it, leaving
wasteland behind them.”
He argues that these
communities’ reliance
on “welfare and medical
subsidies” in addition to
“expenses associated
with police protection
and the criminal justice
system” is “extremely
expensive for society”
especially in light of these
communities’ inability to
“generate these funds
from its own resources”
and the “propensity of
these neighborhoods to
reproduce themselves.”
The main thrust of
Elorza’s publication is a
policy position he thinks
will fix the “underclass
culture.”
Elorza blames teen
pregnancy, violence,
underperforming schools,
and unemployment on
absentee landlords,
and argues that their
investment in our
communities needs to
be eradicated in order
for “underclass” to be
dissolved. He argues that
by introducing residential
landlords to serve as
role models in our
community and pioneers
for gentrification, the
“underclass” can be

A Synopsis of Jorge Elorza’s Thesis on
the ‘Memist god’

The hypothesis of Elorza’s thesis is not just for the purpose of hypothetical thought as
an Intellectual exercise for the reasons to have academia muse over it in Ivy league
classrooms, but, as he claims, to spell out specifically how his thesis can be practically
implemented in High Schools. What he hopes to achieve is to lay the Constitutional
framework to have no limits to empowering secularism in schools (page 114) and not
just remove any semblance of religion from classrooms, which is what most liberals
aim to do, but argues it would be Constitutional to mandate High School teachers to
teach against any claims the bible makes that contradicts established science. So he
argues that a High School teacher will be on solid Constitutional ground to open the
Bible in class and point out all the times the Bible claims the “theist God,” breaks any of
the laws of physics, like Moses parting the water of the Red Sea, or man being made
of clay, or Jesus and Peter walking on water, or the Virgin Birth and the resurrection.
He believes a teacher should teach against these claims by saying this is not possible
to happen in this world. His justification is that the “theist God,” which is the God of
Catholics, Jews and Muslims, can’t possibly exist because it is impossible for any
being to break any of the laws of physics. He claims the argument that this will cause
emotional duress among believes who have this taught to them in classrooms, is no
reason not implement this. The teacher should not base what he teaches on emotion,
or how it will be received by believing parents, he says, but the teacher needs to teach
on pure fact, reason and science, which the “theist God contradicts all three of these,
he claims. Elorza believes that the “theist God” will no longer be followed eventually
and only two gods will be in existence that “Religions” will follow. The Diest God (the
great clock maker who never interferes with altering the laws of physics, and the, as he
calls it, “Memist god,” who only exists in the minds of the people who believe in him.

La hipótesis de la tesis de Elorza no es sólo con el propósito de pensamiento
hipotético como un ejercicio intelectual de las razones para tener academia muse
en la ivy league aulas ( en las aulas de ligas ivy), pero, como afirma, que se diga
específicamente cómo su tesis se pueda aplicar en la práctica en las escuelas
secundarias. Lo que espera lograr es establecer el marco constitucional no tener
límites para potenciar el laicismo en las escuelas (página 114), y no sólo eliminar
cualquier atisbo de la religión de las aulas, que es lo que la mayoría de los liberales
tienen por objeto hacer, pero afirma que no sería constitucional de mandato maestros
de secundaria para enseñar en contra de cualquier demanda la biblia tiene que
contradice la ciencia establecida. Por lo tanto sostiene que un profesor de la Escuela
Superior de tierra sólida constitucional para abrir la Biblia en clase y señalar todas
las veces que la Biblia afirma que el "teísta Dios," se rompe cualquiera de las leyes
de la física, al igual que Moisés separa las aguas del Mar Rojo, o el hombre de
barro, o Jesús y Pedro caminando sobre el agua, o el nacimiento de la Virgen y
la resurrección. Él cree que un profesor debe enseñar contra estas afirmaciones
diciendo que este no es posible que suceda en este mundo. Su justificación es que la
"teísta Dios", que es el Dios de los católicos, los judíos y los musulmanes, no puede
existir porque es imposible para cualquier ser de romper cualquiera de las leyes de
la física. El autor sostiene que el argumento de que esto hará que entre coacción
emocional cree que se les enseña en las aulas, no es razón para no aplicar esta. El
maestro no debe basar lo que enseña en la emoción, o la forma en que será recibido
por los padres creyentes, dice, pero el maestro tiene que enseñar en el más puro
hecho, la razón y la ciencia, que la "teísta Dios contradice todos estos tres, afirma.
Elorza considera que el "teísta Dios" ya no será seguido eventualmente y sólo dos
dioses seran en existencia que "Las religiones" seguirá. La Diest Dios (el gran reloj
que nunca interfiere con alterar la leyes de la física y el, como él la llama, "Memist
dios", que sólo existe en las mentes de las personas que creen en él.

Este análisis esta dedicado a los
hombres y mujeres pensantes de nuestra
comunidad,aquellos los cuáles son guiados
por principios y les preocupa el futuro de
nuestra ciudad y no solo aspiran a conseguir
prevendas personales. Creo que este artículo
revela una idea clara de la ideología del
licenciado Jorge Elorza .
Como cristiana y una activista a favor de
nuestra comunidad hispana por 30 aňos. Antes
de ofrecer dicho análisis, leí cuidadosamente
dicho artículo escrito en Inglés consulte
su interprestación con otros doctores
ministros,como resultado he sentido la
responsabilidad moral y cristiana de facilitarlo
a los líderes de nuestra comunidad .Sugiero
que cada uno lea personalmente dicho artículo
en el original. Es mi opinión; que de acuerdo
a lo expresado en este artículo, el Dr. Elorza
no esta preparado todavía para representar
nuestros intereses como comunidad. Como
estamos a unos dias de las elecciones el
dira lo que todo lo que quisieramos oir.Antes
de desmentir la verdad expresada en este
análisis, les invito a que lo lea.Decidí tomar
la inciativa por cuestion de dignidad y mi
reponsabilidad delante de Dios. Ya hemos
experimentado el que “la peor cuňa es la del
propio palo”no cometamos otra véz el mismo
error.
En este articulo El Dr. Elorza describe la
concentración de las familias pobres como un
gran problema emergente en las ciudades mas
grandes de los Estados Unidos enfatizando
los efectos negativos de este fenómeno.
Recalca y hace referencia a las familias
inmigrantes así como el de las familias negras
El Dr. Elorza seňala en su escrito el que estas
familias representan una amenaza para la
América Urbana. El argumenta el que dichas
comunidades faltas de modelos a seguir,
socialmente se han separado de la comunidad
americana .
Identifíca a nuestras comunidades
inmigrantes como ; faltas de valores morales,
llenas de tenacidad criminal y conductas
delictivas ,lo cual somos incapaces de
promover la Unidad y el cultivo de la Paz
entre nosotros. Recalca adicionalmente que
los niños nacidos de estas comunidades
,las cuales llama “la clase baja” desarrollan
conductas que los separan de la sociedad en
general. El Dr. Jorge Elorza toma prestado
una frase de Michael Greenberg (el cual es
conocido por sus conflictivas afirmaciones )
para enfatizar y hacer unas generalizaciones
acerca de nuestra comunidad. Tales como
el que estas comunidades dependen de la
asistencia publica y los subsidios médicos y
quieren más?
