CHRISM MASS
Bishop Sullivan invites the faithful of the diocese to
join him and his priests for the Chrism Mass at 3:00PM
on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at St. Agnes Church/Our
Lady of Hope Parish in Blackwood. The Chrism Mass
is a celebration of the priesthood and the occasion on
which the bishop consecrates the sacred oils used in the
sacramental life of the Church. Your presence and
prayerful support will be greatly appreciated.

THE VIRGIN OF GUADALUPE
Every 12th of the month in honor of the Virgin of
Guadalupe we will have candlelight processions inside the
Church. Candles will be sold at $2.00. Come share an hour
with Our Mother Mary, Virgin of Guadalupe and the
community. Be part of a living experience of faith and

MONDAY ROSARY
This Monday, March 9th all are welcome to join in our
Chapel after the 7:00PM Mass to pray together the rosary
for personal and family intentions. This community
rosary will continue each Monday. When both English
and Spanish speakers are present the rosary will be led in
both languages. Come join us in praying for our
families and our parish.

ANGELS WANTED
Fr. Bottino can use your help distributing Holy
Communion to the Catholic patients at Inspira Hospital
in Vineland. This would require approximately two
hours monthly, weekly or as a substitute (at a time
convenient to you). If you are interested in this very

The Parish of St. Padre Pio at the Church of Our Lady of
Pompeii, 4680 Dante Avenue, Vineland, NJ, will hola a
Parish Mission from Sunday, March 22nd to Tuesday. March
24th. Fr. McAlear travels the world sharing his gifts and
performs hundreds of healing Masses a year. On Sunday,
March 22nd, at 3:00pm, a Healing and Anointing of the Sick
will be held. There will be the anointing of the sick; both
Physical and Spiritual. On Monday, March 23rd at 7:00pm, a
penance service will be held. Several priests will be
available to hear private confessions. On Tuesday, March
24th at 7:00pm, Fr. McAlear will celebrate Mass. Everyone

To be baptized, parents and sponsors must be registered
members of the Catholic Church. Parents and sponsors must
attend one Baptism preparation class.

SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION
Confessions are held every Saturday at 3:30 PM and 30
minutes prior to the 7:00PM Spanish Mass also at the
Rectory by appointments.
SACRAMENT OF EUCHARIST
After two years of preparation children usually receive Jesus
in Holy Communion during the spring of the second year.
Children in grades three and up also can receive Holy
Communion upon completion of attendance at religious
education classes and special make up classes. Attendance to
Mass is part of the process.
Nuestros sacerdotes están felices de cumplir con los

Después de dos años de preparación, los niños reciben a
Jesús en la Comunión en la Primavera del segundo año. Los

SACRAMENT OF CONFIRMATION
Young adults in seventh and eighth grades begin their
studies and projects, workshops and retreats to prepare for
the Gift of the Holy Spirit in the fall of their freshman year
in High School. Attendance to Mass is part of the process.

To adequately prepare for the sacred commitment for life,
