CLARIFICATION
Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 1 February 2015 in relation to re-designation
and appointment of directors and change in composition of board committees (the “Announcement”). The
Board wishes to clarify the biography of Mr. Wang Shi Jin (“Mr. Wang”) as stated in the Announcement,
which shall be deemed to be substituted by his revised biography as follows:
Mr. Wang, aged 61, obtained a master’s degree from the Peking University in 1984 and furthered his studies in
America as a candidate for the Doctor of Philosophy. Mr. Wang is the founder of a reputable company in the
PRC specializing in advanced technologies and engineering services relating to titanium. He has over 30 years
of experience in the field of industry and commerce in both the PRC and America. He also has profound
experience in international technical engineering management and in managing investment projects relating to
new materials, new energy and healthcare industries.
