The price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes.
Delivery should be made by you free of cartage at this Institute.
The material should conform to the specification given.
The material should be supplied within 7 days from the date of receipt of order.
Material should be in good condition.
All the new firms should submit their copies of previous three work orders and copy of the
firm registration details.
7. Quotation should be computerized and not hand written.
8. Warranty period for the goods supplied should be clearly indicated
9. No advance payment will be made. However, the payment will be made after receipt of
material.
10. The decision of competent authority is final to accept or reject the quotation or relax the
conditions as per the discretion of the competent authority.
11. TDS will be deducted as per rules.

Your quotation should be addressed to The Director, NIMH Secunderabad.
The quotation shall reach the Director, NIMH, Manovikas Nagar, Secunderabad 500 009 latest by 09.02.2015 in a sealed cover superscribed as Quotation for Supply
of CCTV Camera. The sealed cover without superscribing will be rejected. The
quotation received after 09.02.2015 will not be considered.
