We are motivated, challenged, and inspired to do our best when in the presence of like-minded people seeking similar goals and objectives. Sure, it is possible to accomplish one’s wellness goals completely on your own… but where’s the fun in that? The YMCA believes in promoting “Healthy Lifestyles” for its members and program participants in a way that will help them attain their fullest potential in spirit, mind and body… and, for many, group exercise fulfills that purpose.
