Grounded in CSUSM’s Co-Curricular Model, the TLC program gives you the
opportunity to learn and explore leadership concepts through real life
experiences both on and off campus. In partnership with the Career Center you will
gain tangible tools to support you in your leadership journey. You will be paired with
a TLC Peer Leader who is a TLC graduate and stellar example of CSUSM student
leadership. Upon completion of the TLC, you will earn a certificate signed by
President Haynes and an engraved medallion to wear at commencement.
