Singapore, January 28, 2015 – Ntegrator International Ltd (“Ntegrator” or “the
Group”), a leading regional communications network specialist and systems
integrator, today announced that it has secured four contracts worth S$10.7 million
for projects in Vietnam, Singapore and Myanmar.
The first contract was awarded by the Viettel Group, Vietnam’s largest mobile
network operator with a growing international presence. The contract is for the supply
of 12-Volt, 155-Ampere hour batteries. The orders were awarded under a frame
contract signed in late 2014, which established Ntegrator as one of the main
suppliers of the Narada brand of batteries to Viettel Group on a continuing basis.

The second contract was awarded by a subsidiary of the Viettel Group – Viettel
Global Investment Joint Stock Company – for the provision of Synchronous Digital
Hierarchy (“SDH”) equipment for network expansion. SDH equipment allows for
synchronous data transmission and provides an efficient, economical network
management
system.
The
system
can accommodate
bandwidth-consuming
applications and services and is internationally recognised for its high speed data
transfer of telecommunication and digital signals
The third contract is from Myanmar’s Directorate of Procurement for the supply of
Telecom transmission equipment and accessories including Fiber Optic Cables.
The aforementioned contracts are slated for delivery in the current financial year and
are expected to contribute positively to the Group’s financial performance in the
financial year ending December 31, 2015 (“FY2015”), subject to timely completion of
the project and effective cost management.
The fourth contract was awarded by Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited and
is for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the Communication
Backbone Network at the Tuas West extension stations and integrated Operation
Control Centre. The Backbone Network provides a reliable path of information
exchange between different critical and essential services between stations. Work on
this two-year contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s financial
performance in FY2015 and the financial year ending December 31, 2016, subject to
timely completion of the project and effective cost management.
