TRANSPORT CHARGES
With the exception of the Highlands and Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland,
wholesale prices allow for carriage free deliveries on orders exceeding £500 net.
We welcome customers making their own collections, but these are strictly by prior
arrangement at the convenience of our busy warehouse.
We aim to deliver mainland UK orders within 5 working days of receipt of your order.
Orders placed on a Monday will normally be delivered by Friday of the same week.

Terms & Conditions
Damages / Shortages
Retention of Title
Without exception, the sales office must be notified by
telephone of any damages or shortages within 24 hours
(excluding weekends), failure to do this may result in refusal
of a credit note. Writing ‘received unchecked’ or a similar
disclaiming statement, will not automatically confer the
right to subsequent acceptance of a credit or replacement.
Our drivers/carriers do not have the right to collect any
goods unless previously authorised to do so by Head Office.
Products ordered and delivered will remain the
property of Call Caterlink Ltd until paid for in full. Call
Caterlink Ltd also reserves the right to levy interest
and / or an administration charge for accounts which
do not strictly adhere to their payment terms and
conditions.
Storage of Product/Returns
We have full BRC accreditation and have a duty of care to
store all food product correctly, we therefore cannot accept
food product returns. In the event of any other items being
returned due to customer error, we reserve the right to
apply a 25% re-stocking charge.
Price Variation
Whilst we continually strive to keep transport costs
to a minimum, we reserve the right to vary the
stated charges should the need arise. Full terms and
conditions are printed on the reverse side of each
delivery note or a further copy is available on request.

Suitable for contact with frozen, chilled, room temperature and hot food
(till 70°C for 1 hour). Not suitable to be used in traditional gas/electric oven.
In case of use with frozen food, they absorb humidity at room temperature.
We suggest you defrost in fridge or microwave oven.
