JUNIOR PROCUREMENT ANALYST (Code: JPA-L)

Purpose of the Role:
To conduct the sourcing of goods and/or services within the targeted service level, meet with
designated requirements with optimum cost and comply with the company procurement procedure
Accountabilities :
• Establishing procurement strategy and tender plan, and ensuring appropriate documentation is
prepared and reviewed by relevant parties.
• Ensure appropriate standardized methodology for tender evaluation is carried out and
documented.
• Conduct goods and/or services purchasing process to fulfill customer specifications and
targeted service level with optimum cost.
• Ensure smooth procurement cycle and avoid late process, late payment and late delivery, MDR
by managing his/her PO on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure all critical documents related to procurement compliance are provided and fully
auditable
• Ensure EHS requirements in contracts are properly analyzed and meet with CSMS requirements
• Promote the compliance of PT Vale business conduct to suppliers and users through his/her
communication and interaction and day to day basis
Requirements:

Bachelor degree in engineering from a reputable university with minimum GPA is 3.00 (scale 4.0)
Minimum 2 years similar experiences in procurement of services and/or goods
Excellent command in English both verbal and written
Advanced skill and knowledge with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), with SAP is preferable
Good understanding and knowledge of Project Management/Inco terms/CSMS
Certified as Pengawas Operasional Pratama (POP) is preferable
