*No new entries will be accepted after the deadline. Additional classes may be added prior to the
start of the show at regular class fees. No flat fees will be available after the deadline. Please do

Class Fee - $20.00 per class
Flat Fee for AMHA show - $100.00
All participating horses must be AMHA registered. Stallions three years old and older must have a stallion
certificate on file with the show manager in order to participate. All horses must be measured. Stalls are
$50.00 (Sunday afternoon – Tuesday close of show - two horse maximum). All horses must be stabled.
Valid AMHA registration, current coggins within 12 months of show date, health certificate (within 30
days) for out of state horses. Make checks payable to FSFA

General Rules and Information
This show is sponsored by the Florida State Fair and accredited and conducted under the 2015 rules of the
American Miniature Horse Association. All horses must be registered with the American Miniature Horse
Association. This show is a two judge. Each judge will award point and ribbons.
Judges Evaluation Reports will be available in the Show Office, and may be completed on a
voluntary basis. Any exhibitor with Special Needs is welcome to participate in all shows.

General Rules and Information
ENTRY FEES: Class Fee - $20.00 per class
Flat Fee for AMHA show - $100.00 per horse
No new entries will be accepted after the deadline. You may add classes prior to the
start of the show at regular class fees. No flat fees will be accepted after the
deadline. NO CLASSES ADDED AT THE GATE. All participants in the class
must be in the computer before the class starts. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to
make sure they are in the correct class! -- Senior Stallions MUST have a Stallion
verification report on file with the show manager in order to show.
STALLS:
$50.00 (Sunday afternoon – Tuesday close of Show) - maximum 2 horses per stall)
Shavings will be available on the show grounds for a fee. Stall fee is the same for tack
stalls. Stall cleanings are to be dumped in designated areas ONLY. All horses must be
stalled. All reserved stalls will be charged whether you use them or not. Please be
accurate with your reservation number. If you reserve stalls and do not show up, you will
be billed for the reserved stalls.
MEASURING: Measuring will take place on Sunday from 5pm - 7pm., Monday from 7am – 8am.
Measuring will be done as needed after those times. All horses must be measured.
Please have your registration papers available for identification. Exhibitor packets and
numbers will be issued after measurements.
AWARDS:
Ribbons will be awarded for 1st through 6th place in each class.
REFUNDS:
No refunds will be given on entry fees, office fees, or stall fees. Substitutions will be
accepted.
ENTRIES DUE: Entry deadline is January 26, 2015. All entry forms, copies of BOTH sides of AMHA
registration papers of each horse, lease agreements, copy of coggins papers, copy of
youth and/or Amateur cards, and payment of classes, stalls, AMHA fees, etc. are to be
sent to the Show Manager, Dixi A. Cohea. Checks are to be made payable to FSFA.
Any check not honored by bank will be charged a $50.00 fee and referred to parent
organization for disciplinary action.
CONDUCT:
Evidence of any cruelty, abuse or inhumane treatment to a horse, in or out of the ring,
will not be tolerated by the Show Management and shall result in disqualification of the
horse and that exhibitor for the balance of that show. The offender will be barred from
the show area for the duration of the show. The results shall be the forfeiture of all
trophies, ribbons, awards, and points for that show. The Show Manager shall notify
AMHA of any such disqualification when show results are reported.
Show Management reserves the right to expel any exhibitor or attendee for violating
the rules of the facility and or show. As per AMHA Rule 132, all Association
representatives shall be treated with courtesy, cooperation, and respect, and no
person shall direct abusive or threatening conduct toward them. Anyone violating
this rule may face further disciplinary action from the AMHA.
