Angeles City Amateur Athletic Association Meet 2014

1.
The Angeles City Amateur Athletic Association (ACAAA) Meet will be held on October 22-24,
2014 at the different playing venues in Angeles City.
2.
The Athletics, Basketball, Football and Volleyball will be held on October 21-23, 2014.
3.
The objective of the meet is to promote sportsmanship and physical fitness among our athletes
and select potentials
to represent the Division of Angeles City in the Regional (CLRAA) and
National (Palarong Parnbansa)
4.
meets.
Events to be played are athletics,
badminton,
softball, swimming, table tennis, taekwondo,
baseball, basketball,
chess, sepak takraw,
tennis and volleyball. A demonstration
sport is
billiards for secondary boys and girls.
5.
Comprehensive
preliminary screening of athletes, coaches and chaperons' documents shall be
the main responsibility
of the Division Screening and Accreditation
athlete, coach and chaperon shall be accredited without

Final screening of athletes, coaches and chaperons will be on October 7-10,2016.

The solidarity

and coaches shall be held at the Division Learning Center, Gabaldon Bldg.,
Angeles City on October 20, 2014 at 3:00 in the afternoon.
The schedule of games will be
based on the number of entries per event and will be finalized during the solidarity meeting.
7.
The Olympic Medal System shall be applied for this year ACAAA Meet.
8.
Selection of athletes on Team Events will be 80:20 ratios. The winning coach will select the
80% composition
of the team and the remaining
20% will be decided
by the Selection
Committee composed of the winning coach, TM and 2 officiating officials. Selection of athletes
on Individual Events will be the best rank.
9.
All sports officials

and City Government
adhere to the policy of the OepEd (OM 97 s. 2011 and OM 44 s.2014)
on Clean and Green Program. No Styrofoam and other plastic materials
shall be used as food container for athlete's
provision. It is the responsibility
of the sports
event officials and coaches to clean the area after concluding the final game of the day.
10.
All sports officials must adhere to the provisions of OepEd Order 40 s. 2012 (OepEd Child
Protection Policy). As such all officials shall be held responsible for the protection,
welfare and
safety of their student-athletes.
11.
The list of the members
of the Technical
Management
and Administration
Committee,
different Working Committees, Tournament Managers and Officiating Officials is enclosed.
12.
Expenses such as honoraria,
and officiating
expenditures
officials from
meal allowances of athletes, coaches, chaperons and technical
public elementary
and secondary schools and other
shall be charged to local SEFfunds subject to the usual accounting and auditing
procedures.
