BBQ chicken Bundle
we start with stuffing cheddar cheese into a pablano pepper then wrap a seasoned chicken breast around
that and then we wrap apple smoked bacon around that and then we grill it to perfection ( this can be
demonstrated and cooked in front of guests).
Grilled Maple Mustard Mahi Mahi
Prepared in front of guests this delicious fish will be marinated in a mustard seed and maple sauce ,
grilled and topped with a mango salsa.
