Testamurs posted within Australia will be sent by Registered Mail, using the Person to Person delivery option. This
means that your signature is required and the item can only be delivered to you. If you prefer not to use the Person to
Person option, (so that someone else can sign for your item) you must advise the Graduation Office prior to the conferral
date. If your item is unclaimed and returned to the Graduation Office, you may incur extra postal charges for us to resend
it.

Dress Code for the Ceremony
As this is a formal ceremony to celebrate your achievement, it is suggested that you wear semi-formal clothing.
Please do not wear jeans, t-shirts or thongs. As access to the stage is via stairs, please wear appropriate footwear
and short length skirts/dresses should be avoided.
Guest Tickets (Question 11)
Please note graduands do not require a ticket.
All students will be issued with 2 complimentary guest tickets if requested and may also request up to 2 extra
guest tickets.
Please note: There is no guarantee that you will receive your requested number of extra guest tickets. If there is excessive
demand for these tickets, they will be available by telephone only approx. 5 weeks prior to ceremony. Date to call will be posted on
the graduation website when confirmed.
Ceremony Details- Collection of Tickets & Robing
Details confirming your graduation details – date/time of the ceremony, number of guest tickets you have been
allocated and robing, will be forwarded to you closer to the ceremony date.
Return of Graduation Application
The Graduation Application form must be received by the close of business on the application closing date.
Responses received after this date will be deferred until the following conferral.
