The Handtmann ConPro-System, consisting of three modular
ConPro-System:
function units, produces endless sausage strings. The filling
and the aginate casing are co-extruded continuously and
with high accuracy to one product string by two vacuum
fillers. The casing is based on alginate and encases the
product like a casing and hardens in a fixation solution. By means of a separating and shaping unit, round shaped
sausage ends can be produced. Hung onto a hanger or
cutted into individual portions, the product can efficiently be transported to downstream processing systems.

The collating unit is an optional extension of the ConPro-System:
ConPro-System. The continuously produced fresh sausage
portions can be deposited sorted in groups on the collating
belt for further processing by the collating module. Additionally, the fresh sausage portions can be loaded into
trays directly after the cutting process. In this case the
collating belt will be replaced by a tray dispenser.

The Handtmann ConPro system has been enhanced with ConPro-System:
the “linking” function. With the co-extruder linking head, a casing is produced, the product is filled into the casing and it is then linked by means of a voider unit. The product is then divided into individual portions and the products are processed in horizontal position.
As well, the ConPro system has been developed with the
„linking-hanging“ function.

The supplementary unit MFD (Multi Forming Device) is

separating unit and enables the simultaneous product
ejection on 3 up to 5 lanes. The servo-controlled separating
unit produces variable products like balls, sticks, round or
rectangular shapes by an easy- interchangeable and patented forming set with high productivity. The formed
products can be collected by a transport belt.

By using a vacuum filler with inline grinder GD 93-3/6 in

These strings then can be and separated into portions with
high weight accuracy by the ground meat divider GMD 99-2.

and a separating unit. The servo-controlled separating unit

Alternatively, especially for large product volumes, the

supplementary unit MBF (Multi Burger Former) equipped
with flattening belt can be used for the production of
home-made burgers. The product flow coming from the
vacuum filler is divided into two to four lanes. By means of
servo-driven forming plates the products are formed directly
after the flow divider. Afterwards the products become
flattened to the desired thickness between the two transport
belts.

The depositing system comes with a flexible frame design

machines. The dosing valves are stepless adjustable to
various diesets. The frame mounted control opens the valves
and starts the filler as soon as the draw of the packaging
machine is finished. After end of the filling cycle of the
vacuum filler the packaging machines receives signal for
starting the next draw. As an option it is possible to mount a work plate for manual positioning of f.e. baking pans.

Dosing valve and filler are connected with a flexible hose. Handtmann vacuum filler VF 600
A safety valve mounted at the filler outlet secures this flexible

hose. Signal exchange between filler and manual dosing
valve is executed by a pneumatic control mounted at the
filler. As soon as the button at the dosing valve is pushed the
filler starts its portioning mode. At the end of portioning the
dosing valve is closed.
