LAND GROUP EXERCISE
BODYCOMBAT
Drawing from a wide array of disciplines, such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, and muay Thai,
BODYCOMBAT™ is a fun, empowering and fiercely energetic cardio workout. With driving music and powerful
instructors, participants strike, punch, kick, and kata their way through calories. No martial arts experience
necessary. Ages 13–15 must be accompanied by an adult.
CARDIO CORE
Sometimes going harder and faster isnt the best way to make the most of your training. If you want to improve
your fitness and see results sooner, you need to work out at the right intensity. Come check out our highly
motivating class.
CARDIO KICKBOXING
Cardio kickboxing incorporates a combination of kickboxing and dance moves to high energy and motivating
music. This class is a unique blend of intense intervals of strength/endurance training coupled with a relaxing
cool-down. All levels. Ages 13–15 must be accompanied by an adult.
COMBAT INTERVALS
This fun and fast paced workout that combines mixed martial arts inspired training sequences with high
intensity interval training. It is a full body workout that uses body weight exercises as well as different
equipment along with classic boxing, kickboxing, and other martial arts moves that will leave you feeling strong
and empowered. The format is for everybody, gym beginners to seasoned workout fanatics; modifications
shown for every exercise. All levels, ages 13-15 must be accompanied by an adult.
KROC FIT
Kroc Fit is a functional high-intensity training with an athletic approach. It is designed for all levels and with safe
and effective moves. No two workouts are the same, so it will create muscle confusion which will lead to an
overall total body condition. Ages 13–15 must be accompanied by an adult.
PIYO STRENGTH
This class combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of
flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to
define every single muscle—big and small. But there’s no time to stop and chant ommm—because you won’t
pose—you’ll push it! This ain’t your mama’s yoga. We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you
an intense, yet low-impact workout that will burn crazy calories for a long, lean, beautiful physique. You’ll
sweat, stretch, and strengthen all in one workout! All levels, ages 13-15 must be accompanied by an adult.
POWER SCULPT
Create a leaner, stronger, more flexible body using classic sculpting, cardio and stretching techniques. An
intense workout focusing on light weights and high reps using body bars and bands. Increase your strength
and improve your definition while working on your muscular endurance. All fitness levels. Ages 13-15 must be
accompanied by an adult.
RELAX & STRETCH
A balance of flexibility and mobility incorporating multiple principles of human kinetics. This class will provide
various methods of relieving tight muscles and increasing joint mobility. Ages 13-15 must be accompanied by
an adult.
CORE
R.I.P.P.E.D.
Strengthen abdominals, obliques, back extensors and core stabilizers to improve appearance and function. All
levels. Ages 13–15 must be accompanied by an adult.
R.I.P.P.E.D. stands for “Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, Diet.” The “Plateau Proof Fitness
Formula” will help create continuity, consistency, and challenge in every class. R.I.P.P.E.D. is the basis for the One
Stop Shock System, by stimulating both, different energy systems and muscles in each workout segment. All
levels. Ages 13-15 must be accompanied by an adult.
CYCLE
If a challenge is what you’re looking for, this is it! Whether you’re training for a triathlon or riding for
cardiovascular health, this class will get you there. Come enjoy the ride! See beginning option on Fridays. Ages
16 and over.
CYCLE (BEGINNING)
Want to get a great workout on a stationary bike? Try this excellent cardio class where you will learn bike
adjustments, resistant knob, pace and more. All levels. Ages 16 and over.
CYCLE EXPRESS
Cycle Express offers an effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Instructor will guide riders
through warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs and cool down. Designed to be challenging for all
fitness levels. All levels. Ages 16 and over.
FIT FOR LIFE CYCLING
This group cycling class is designed for all fitness levels. It involves various cycling drills that offer an exhilarating
cardiovascular workout. Rides complete with flat, hills, and high performance effort intervals guaranteed
to work your heart rate in all training zones. A group exercise class performed on stationary bikes while an
instructor simulates hill climbing, sprints, and races. It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular workout. The instructor,
the people around you and the music will keep you motivated. Please bring water and a towel! All levels Ages
16-over.
FOAM ROLLER
A good mix of strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. The foam roller class can provide all of these! Its
purpose is to relieve tight muscles and tension in your body while increasing your core strength. Learn how to
stretch and open your tight spots with foam roller. Ages 13–15 must be accompanied by an adult.
GENTLE YOGA
Ideal for beginners who want a slower pace with basic yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation. All
levels. Ages 13-15 must be accompanied by an adult.
HULA FITNESS
Based on traditional Polynesian drums beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness
this is a total fun body workout. It incorporates dance workout targeting different muscles in your body. It
provides an increase strength and definition to your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and
arms. All levels. Age 13–15 must be accompanied by an adult.
INSANITY
You’ve seen it on TV, now do it at the gym. Bring your workout to the next level and receive insane results with
this fast pace interval workout that alternates between energetic bursts of activity and lower intensity periods to
maximize fat-burning and muscle conditioning.
WATER GROUP EXERCISE
AQUA CARDIO
A fun workout to improve your cardio, flexibility and range of motion. All levels. Ages 13–15 must be
accompanied by an adult.
TAI CHI: MOVING FOR BETTER BALANCE
Tai Chi is endorsed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as an effective intervention for preventing
falls. Evidence based and community translated, Tai Chi has also been evaluated in the community setting,
senior facilities and community centers. Research shows a decrease in falls of up to 55% of participants. It is a
program that can be done standing, sitting or assisted. Ages 13–15 must be accompanied by an adult.
TEEN ORIENTATION
This is for teens 13-15 years old. Teen and parent or guardian will attend this class to understand the policies
and basic etiquette in a fitness center. They will learn how to safely use the equipment in this facility (strength
and cardio). Also learn and understand the components of a complete workout and to learn some basic
exercises to develop improvements in overall strength & conditioning. There will be a quiz at the end, that they
must pass. Must sign up at the fitness attendant desk by Thursday evening and turn in a completed PAR-Q
(which the attendant will have).
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
A workout designed to tone and define the body while strengthening the major muscles. Core training
included. All levels. Ages 13–15 must be accompanied by an adult.
YOGA
Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. This style of
yoga encourages you to find your “flow” by listening to your breath and using your own personal abilities while
exploring the different asanas (poses). A vinyasa class is both a great place to start and to continue challenging
yourself. Expect to move and breathe smoothly from one pose to another. It effectively promote overall health,
strength, flexibility, balance, lower stress, increased focus and concentration, and better sleep. If you like to
focus on the power of breathing and flowing movement through poses, this class is for you! All levels. Ages
13-15 must be accompanied by an adult.
YOGA BASICS
Beginner yoga class with slower pace, basic yoga postures and breathing techniques. Students learn correct
alignment and breathing in the yoga postures. This class is suitable for all levels. Ages 13–15 must be
accompanied by an adult.
ZUMBA
It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning total body dance based workout. It
is a great mix of Latin flavor and international beats designed to tone your body from head to toe. Ages 13–15
must be accompanied by an adult.
ZUMBA GOLD
Zumba Gold targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba formula
and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just
starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba FitnessParty is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; the exhilarating, easyto-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. Active older adults want camaraderie, excitement
and fitness as a regular part of their weekly schedule. Zumba Gold is the perfect fit. It’s a dance-fitness class that
feels friendly, and most of all, fun. All levels. Ages 13–15 must be accompanied by an adult.
AQUA FIT
ZUMBA GOLD TONING
A class for everyone, especially for those with joint ailments or injuries. Get fit with this challenging water
workout. After a gentle warm-up in the calm water, you will ease into the exercises using your own
body weight and water resistance dumbbells. Easy on the joints, this class is excellent for cardiovascular
conditioning, flexibility and strength. All levels. Ages 16 and over.
Zumba Gold Toning targets the active older adult, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy
lifestyle. It takes the Zumba toning formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active
older adult and beginners. What stays the same are the zesty Latin music; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow
moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. Use light weights to enhance rhythm and tone all the target
areas including arms, abs and thighs. This is the perfect way to sculpt your body while having a blast. Ages 1315 must be accompanied by an adult.
AQUA SCULPT
This class uses buoyant aquatic equipment to help tone your upper and lower body as well as improve
your core muscle to stabilize your body in water. The water provides atmosphere of safe resistance for
aerobic conditioning. Moreover, it adds variety and excitement to your exercise routine. All levels. Ages
16 and over.
AQUA ZUMBA
Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, are often heard during an Aqua Zumba
class. Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardioconditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. All levels. Age 13-15 must be
accompanied by an adult.

POOL REMINDERS
AGE REQUIREMENT: Children ages 4 and under MUST be accompanied IN THE WATER by an adult 18
years of age or older. Children ages 5 and 6 MUST be supervised IN THE POOL AREA by an adult 18 years of
age or older. Ages 7 and older may swim without an adult if able to pass a swim test.
SLIDE USE: All riders must be at least 48 inches (4 feet) in height.
COMPETITION POOL USE: Everyone under 18 must pass a swim test to utilize the competition pool.
SPA USE: Spa is only for adults 18 years old and older.
