CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION (CLE)
Qualifying Momentum events ordinarily receive Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit in many states including CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KS, MS, MO, NY, NJ,
OH, OK, PA, TX and WV. Many of these states do not approve a program for credit before the program occurs. This course is expected to qualify for at least
7 CLE credit hours in 60-minute-hour states plus an additional 1 credit hour for ethics, and 8.5 credit hours in 50-minute-hour states, plus an additional 1.5
credit hours for ethics. Momentum works closely with each state to ensure that the accreditation process is smooth and that each attendee who applies for
credit receives his/her certification promptly after attending an event. To this point, it is our goal to process all accreditation certificates within 8 weeks of
attending a Momentum event.
CLE financial aid assistance is also available for attorneys who wish to attend CLE courses but who find it difficult to attend due to cost considerations. To
