If you would like to ensure you are the only wedding party on your special day, an exclusivity fee of £1000 is applicable and confirmed at the time of booking. Should the exclusivity fee not be paid at the time of confirmation, we reserve the right to book other weddings on the date of your event. Weddings taking place over the Easter weekend and summer (May, June, July and August) are subject to a £1000 fee in addition to the cost of the package. Any additional guests will be charged at £85 per person (until 31 March 2015) and £95 per person (from 1 April 2015 - 31 March 2016) excluding accommodation. All extra items required, or changes to those listed above, will incur a supplementary charge. The overall cost of the package cannot be reduced for smaller party sizes or if all items in the package are not required. Should you prefer each guest to settle their accommodation directly to Rudding Park each room will be charged at £140 (until 31 March 2015) and £145 (from 1 April 2015 – 31 March 2016).
