Dave’s inimitable way with garnering the latest news and best interviews with local & visiting artists will be sorely missed - BUT inquiring minds understand that plans & projects are afoot for this irrepressible man-abouttown. Stay tuned... And while the cat’s away, the mice do play: The Arts & Culture workerbees have been busy cultivating the ground for a new year’s crop of creative projects. Here, artists Diokno Pasilan & Ruth Graham work with YMCA Summer Holiday Program kids creating panels for the 2015 Harmony Fest installation at Backspace Gallery. Fabulous work, Julie & Derek I know that our vote is in! Arts & Culture Coordinator Deborah Klein made some field trips to check out regional creative commercial spaces, including the Little Creatures brewery & eatery complex and Ian Ballis’ Powerhouse street art and soon-to-be-events venue.
