AARP Defensive Driving Course Thursday, March 26 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. This course is designed to help you accomplish a number of things… update your driving knowledge, learn defensive- driving skills, compensate for normal age related physical changes, reduce your traffic violations, crashes and chances for injuries and drive more safely. Consult your insurance agent to see if you can get a discount on your insurance by taking the class. No testing will be done. Healthy U ~ Chronic Disease Management Six Week Course starts Thursday, March 19th 9:30 a.m. -Noon This six week course aims to help people with chronic conditions take control of their health, feel better, do more, and even save money on health care costs. Called the Healthy-U Chronic Disease SelfManagement Program, the series will run from March 19 to April 23 on Thursday mornings at 9:30 am, at Hyde Park Center for Older Adults, 2800 Erie Avenue. Would you like the Center to be open occasionally on a Sunday afternoon? We would show a movie, you could play cards, dominoes etc. Please let Cathy know if Sunday is a time you would come to HPC and if there is enough interest we will get it scheduled.
