In recent past several reminders have been issued to ULB's, for Final Financial statement and
Utilization Certificate on SJSRY; Submission of MPR, fulfillment of this year target etc on NULM,
Format report on SHG formation etc. Till date we have not received satisfactory response from all
IJLB's.
Govt. of India is pressing hard for compliance of above issues.
Considering above issues a series of meeting have been convened to discuss and to complete
the' following action : (i) Final Financial statement of SJSRY Fund.
(ii) Utilization Certificate of SJSRY Fund allotted.
(iii) Monthly progress report on NULM up to the month of January, 201 5.
(iv) Submission of training proposal.
(v) Sponsoring of SEP-1 & SEP-G loan cases to bank.
(vi) ALF formation.
You are requested to direct your CPO and APO (in absence of APO one CO) to attend the
meeting with agenda wise report / certificate / proposal as stated above in point (i) to (vi) positively.
