Although this remedy has been extensively tested under a large variety of conditions the
registration holder does not warrant that it will be efficacious under all conditions because the
action and effect thereof may be affected by factors such as: abnormal soil, climatic and storage
conditions; quality of dilution water; compatibility with other substances not indicated on the
label as well as by the method, time and accuracy of application. The registration holder
furthermore does not accept responsibility for damage to crops, vegetation, the environment or
harm to man or animal or for lack of performance of the remedy concerned due to failure of the
user to follow the label instructions or to the occurrence of conditions which could not have
foreseen in terms of the registration. Consult the supplier in event of any uncertainty.
PRECAUTIONS
Do not inhale chemical fumes or spray mist.
Wear protective clothing (overall, rubber boots, gloves and respirator)
In the event of eye contact rinse eyes for 15 minutes with running water.
After use and in case of accidental skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water.
Wash contaminated clothing.
Do not eat, drink or smoke whilst mixing or applying or before washing hands and face and change of
clothing.
Prevent contamination of food, feedstuff, seed, fertilizer other Agricultural chemicals eating utensils
and drinking water.
Immediately after UniQ application, the spray equipment must be thoroughly cleaned to prevent
contamination of subsequent applications
Prevent drift of spray mist onto other crops, grazing, rivers, dam or areas not under treatment.
Rinse empty container three times with a volume of water equal to a minimum of 10% of that of the
container. Add the rinsate to the contents of the spray tank before destroying the container in the
prescribed manner.
Destroy empty container by perforation and flattening and never use for any other purpose.

SYMPTOMS OF HUMAN POISONING
Potential health effects:
EYE AND SKIN:
this product is expected to cause brief and minor eye irritations. The degree of
injury will depend on the amount and duration of contact and the speed and
thoroughness of first aid treatment. The expected adverse health effects resulting
from an exposure may include redness and possible swelling.
INGESTION:
this product has been shown to be minimally toxic when ingested. The degree of
toxicity will depend on the amount of material ingested and the speed and
thoroughness of the first aid treatment.
INHALATION:
this product has been shown to be minimally toxic when inhaled. The degree of
toxicity will depend on the amount of material ingested and the speed and
thoroughness of the first aid treatment.
FIRST AID TREATMENT
EYE CONTACT: Flush eyes immediately with plenty of water while holding eyelids open. Remove
contact lenses if worn. Call a physician if irritation persists.
SKIN CONTACT: Wash with plenty of soap and water. Remove and wash contaminated clothing
separately. Get medical attention if irritation persists.
INHALATION :
If inhaled, remove the victim to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration,
preferably mouth- to mouth. Get medical attention.
INGESTION :
If swallowed, drink 1 or 2 glasses of water (or milk) and induce vomiting by touching
the back of the throat with finger. If possible, contact a physician or the Poison
Control Centre before inducing vomiting. Do not induce vomiting or give anything by
mouth to an unconscious person. Take person and product container to the nearest
emergency treatment center.
NOTE TO PHYSICIAN
Treat symptomatically. Ensure label is available for the Physician.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The major effect of UniQ when applied at flowering on avocados is usually the enhancement and
improvement of fruit shape, fruit size, fruit distribution and overall yield.
Application after mid-summer pruning when vegetative re-growth is between 10 – 15 cm long
provides suppression of this growth.
Efficacy of UniQ may be reduced by very hard water (>1000 ppm solutes and / or alkaline water.)
UniQ optimal efficacy will be obtained in water pH 4,5 – 5,5. This can be obtained by adding R.T.
Buff (Reg No. L5777 Act 36/1947). Buffer must be added to the entire tank mix before addition of
UniQ
Use tank mix without delay and do not allow to stand for any length of time.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE / USE RESTRICTIONS:
Use only as directed
UniQ may only be used on avocado cultivars Fuerte, Hass and Pinkerton.
UniQ may only be applied to healthy , active growing trees which are not under stress.
UniQ may not be used for any other purpose or on any other crop other than listed in this label.
MIXING INSTRUCTION
Shake container well before use. Close container securely after pouring required quantity of UniQ with a
small amount of water.
Pre-mix the required quantity of UniQ with a small volume of water. Half fill the spray tank with water
and add the slurry while the water in the tank is being stirred. Add the required rate of foliar feed or a

registered anionic wetting agent at 0,05%. Add water to make up the desired spray volume. Keep the
spray mixture agitated during mixing and spraying.
