Meeting on February 21, 2015
The staff and Board of Directors of Painesville CU invite
you to attend our Annual Dinner Meeting on Saturday,
February 21, 2015 at the Perry Community Center
located at 2800 Perry Park Road in Perry, 44081.
Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres begin at 6 p.m., and dinner
will follow at 7p.m. During the meeting, we’ll elect new
Board Members and discuss future plans. Tickets are $15
per person and must be purchased by January 30, 2015
at the credit union. We look forward to seeing you for an
informative evening!
Youth Member Spotlight
Congratulations to Painesville Credit Union member and Harvey High School’s
senior, Brandon McClain for placing 1st in the District ECITY Business Plan
competition, 1st in the City-wide competition held at Ernst & Young and
for making the national NFTE entrepreneurial challenge held in the San
Francisco, CA area this year.
Brandon is the CEO of “B Kind Cards”, a custom made greeting card
company using local companies, artists and imagery reminding people to
“Be kind, one card at a time”. B Kind Cards gets back to the basics of human
touch and interaction in a world of high-tech, selfies, texting and social media.

Painesville CU Board of Directors Needs YOU!
Want a worthwhile volunteer opportunity that will expand your business network
while you gain valuable experience? Painesville CU has the
right position! Become a member of our Board of Directors.
Boards of Director Members are elected during an annual
election. Once elected, they provide business advice and
strategic direction for the credit union.
Currently, there are three openings on the Board. We hope
you’ll consider becoming a nominee for one of these positions
by submitting a letter of interest and Bio. A nominee must
be a Painesville CU member who is at least 18 years old and who has accounts in good
standing at Painesville Credit Union. All applications must be received at the credit
union by January 23, 2015.

Balance your checkbook after each transaction,
including ATM and debit card use to know your true Checking Account balance.
Check Cashing Fee:
Maintain a $200 combined balance in your Savings Account, your Checking
Account or loan to avoid a check-cashing fee.
Late Loan Payment Fee:
Make your loan payments on time with automatic payments from your Checking
Account.
Check Printing Fee:
Order your checks through the Credit Union and use your Painesville Credit
Union Debit Card instead of checks. Set up Credit Union loan payments on
