GENERAL TERMS 2015
Booking Conditions:
Reservation is valid when a confirmation of payment from the management has been sent to you.
The deposit is 25% of your stay + 15 euros administration fees (no administration fees from 25/04/2015 to 04/07/2015
and from 22/08/2015 to 06/09/2015).
Please contact us by phone or mail to check vacancies. If we are full, your deposit will be returned.
As far as possible we take in consideration your wishes according to the availabilities but note that we do not guarantee particular numbers.
Camping pitch:
Days are calculated from midday to midday. The reserved pitch will be available from noon on the day of your arrival and has to
be vacated by noon on the day of your departure.
The number of people per pitch cannot exceed 7.
The balance of your stay is payable at least the day before leaving. At you arrival a guarantee by credit card is needed.
Rentals:
Prices include stay, rental, gas and electricity supply. You must include visitor tax: 0.56 € per day and per person up to 13.
The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to families whose number exceeds the capacity of the
accommodation rented.
One pet maximum is allowed in rental for 5 € / day from 04/07/2015 to 29/08/2015 (except for Chalet Confort, MH Tendance,
Luxe and MH Select 2 and 3 bedrooms).
From the 04/07/2015 to the 29/08/2015 arrival days and departure days can be Saturday or Wednesday depending on the
accommodation. Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10 am.
In low season you can arrive and depart any day.
The balance of your rental is payable one month before your arrival.
The equipment of each accommodation is listed on an inventory. A deposit of 300 € will be charged on your credit card on
arrival. This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay. If the inventory cannot be checked during office opening hours, the
deposit will be returned to you later.
The client is responsible for the cleaning of the accommodation. At the end of the stay, the accommodation and the surrounding
areas should be returned in a perfectly clean and undamaged state. Any breakage or damage shall be payable by you along with
any repairs to the premises if that should prove necessary.
Cleaning rate: 70 € If you don't want to clean your accommodation before departing.
In the event of the accommodation not having been cleaned before your departure, a fixed cleaning charge of at least 70 euros
shall be invoiced to you.
During your stay:
There will be no refund in case of late arrival or early departure. Expected late arrival must be brought to the attention of the
management. Failure to do so within 24 hours of expected arrival would result in an automatic cancellation
It is the camper’s responsibility to take out insurance: the campsite accepts no responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad
weather, etc. or in the event of any incident concerning the civil responsibility of the camper.
All visitors must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations.
One bracelet per person will be given at your arrival. It will be worn visibly on your wrists in the campsite during the whole stay
so as to prevent any unauthorized person from entering the campsite thus disturbing your stay.
Beware, before and after the summer period, some accommodations or activities can be closed.
Swimming pools entry is not allowed to visitors for security reasons.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Pets:
Pets, apart from Class 1 and Class 2 dangerous dogs, are permitted for a supplement payable at the time of booking. When
admitted they must be kept on a lead at all times. They are prohibited from swimming pool areas, in food shops and in buildings.
Dogs and cats vaccination certificates must be up-to-date.
Cancellation:
Cancellation without insurance for a camping pitch: In case of cancellation for a serious matter, the client should send a written
notification to the campsite. In this case, deposits will not be refunded and the balance will not be required
Cancellation without insurance for an accommodation: More than 30 days: The client should send a written notification to the
campsite. In this case, deposit only will not be refunded. Less than 30 days: The full amount of your stay will be kept.
Cancellation with cancellation guarantee (optional): Cancellation assurance 3% of the rental price (please check the
guarantee). It covers the reimbursement of the amounts paid, with the exception of the cost of the cancellation. The
reimbursement shall take place after the receipt of a mail (recording delivery with acknowledgement of receipt) including the
documentary evidence justifying your cancellation.
The cancellation guarantee ends on the day of arrival stated on the contract.
Cancellation by the campsite:
In the event of cancellation by the campsite, except in the case of force majeure, the stay will be reimbursed in full. This
cancellation shall not however incur the payment of damages and interest.
