Gracias a la participación de AMETIC en la campaña europea sobre Fostering Digital Entrepreneurship bajo el
nombre comercial de WATIFY se propone celebrar en TRANSFIERE un evento asociado a esta campaña para
fomentar el emprendimiento en el sector digital ayudando a los emprendedores a superar las barreras que les
frenan a crear su propio negocio. Objetivo: implementación de una Estrategia Empresarial Digital Plan-Europea.
Thanks to the participation of AMETIC in the European campaign on Fostering Digital Entrepreneurship and under
the trade name WATIFY they propose to hold an event in TRANSFIERE associated to this campaign helping the
entrepreneurs to overcome those barriers that hinder them to create their own business. Objective: Implementing a
Strategy Enterprise Digital Plan-European.

Primeramente conoceremos los principios teóricos y por último se mostrará una sesión en vivo de coaching
con una empresa real tecnológica proveniente del Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía. We start with the
theoretical principles and finally have a live session of coaching with a real technological company from the
Technological Park of Andalusia.

Ámbito de actuación - Action Area: Emprendimiento en sectores estratégicos
para Andalucía - Entrepreneurship in strategic sectors for Andalusia
Orientado a la capacitación emprendedora en los ámbitos económicos, estratégicos y emergentes donde se
detectan nuevas oportunidades de negocio para la Comunidad Andaluza: Turismo sostenible, Aeronáutico,
Agroalimentario, etc. Se van a seleccionar tres sectores (coincidentes con los presentes en Transfiere) y dentro de
cada sector se analizarán proyectos de innovación que tienen éxito en otra parte del mundo y que pudieran ser
implantados en Andalucía y a día de hoy no existe. Los asistentes votarán las mejores innovaciones y se trabajará
sobre tres innovaciones con una metodología dinámica para buscar formas viables de implantar la innovación en
Andalucía. Entrepreneurial training orientated on economic, strategic and emerging areas where new business
opportunities are detected for the Andalusia region: Sustainable Tourism, Aviation, Agrifood, etc. They will select
three sectors (coincident with those present at Transfiere) and within each sector there will be analysed innovation
projects with success in other parts of the world and that could be implanted in Andalusia and that nowadays does
not exist. Attendees will vote the best innovations and will work on three innovations with a dynamic methodology
to look for viable ways of implanting the innovation in Andalusia.

Cómo el Diseño puede ser el motor de la Innovación.
Se llevará a cabo una acción de capacitación práctica en metodologías de Resolución Creativa de Problemas y
Diseños Estratégico. “Garaje de Ideas” dan a conocer las metodologías y el enfoque para la innovación a través del
diseño, mediante una sesión práctica, orientada a aprender haciendo. Se trabajará sobre retos reales de negocio y
organizacionales relativos a la temática del Foro Transfiere. Este evento se orienta a fortalecer capacidades de
innovación e invitar a los participantes a generar soluciones creativas.
How the Design can be the engine of Innovation.
There will be carry out an action of practical training in methodologies of Creative Resolution of Problems and
Strategic Designs. “Garaje de Ideas” show the methodologies and focus to an innovation across the design, by
practical session, orientated to learn by doing. They will work on real business and organization challenge, relative
to the Meaning of Transfiere. This event is Orientated to strengthen the innovation capacities and to invite
participants to generate creative solutions.

Un espacio de debate bajo el título: Talentos para cambiar el Mundo. Presentación de proyectos Españoles
seleccionados por el MIT (Instituto Tecnológico de Massachusetts así como el programa Talentía Postdoc
cofinanciado por la Junta de Andalucía y la Unión Europea. Los grandes problemas necesitan grandes soluciones y
estas ya no solo llegan de Boston y Silicon Valley, si no de las nuevas regiones del mundo que apoyan a los jóvenes
emprendedores. Tener constancia y dar a conocer los éxitos y avances de las investigaciones de estos jóvenes
talentos es crucial para garantizar que sus propuestas consigan provocar cambios reales en nuestra forma de vivir –
Debate space under the title: Talents to Change the World. Presentation of Spanish projects selected by MIT
(Massachusetts Institute if Technology). As well as Talentía Postdoc Fellowingship Programme co-funded by Junta
de Andalucía and European Union. Big Problems need big solutions and these are not only coming from Boston and
Silicon Valley, but from the new World Regions that support Youth Entrepreneurs. Increase awareness and
spreading research successes and progress of these young talents are crucial to ensure that their proposals cause
real changes in our lifestyle.

Innovadora (EBI) en Andalucía. A public-private agreement of collaboration between the Junta de Andalusia and
Telefónica to whom there are adhered all the public andalusian universities which aim is the impulse and the
consolidation of Entrepreneurship of Innovative Base (EBI) in Andalusia.

INCENSe es un proyecto acelerador de empresas que pertenece al programa FIWARE Accelerate financiado por la
Comisión Europea. INCENSE está coordinado por ENEL, la mayor eléctrica de Italia y la segunda mayor empresa
energética cotizada de Europa por capacidad instalada. Otros socios son Endesa (filial española de Enel), la principal
empresa eléctrica de España, Accelerace (Dinamarca), principal acelerador en Escandinavia, que cuenta con
experiencia en el desarrollo de startups y en trabajar con productos y servicios energéticos y digitales de última
generación, y FundingBox Accelerator (Polonia), la primera y mayor plataforma global de financiación pública para
startups e investigadores. INCENSe is an accelerating project of companies that belongs to the program FIWARE
Accelerate financed by the European Commission. INCENSe is coordinated by ENEL, Italy’s largest electricity
company and Europe’s second largest listed utility by installed capacity. Other partners include Endesa -Enel’s
Spanish subsidiary-, the leading electricity company in Spain, Accelerace (Denmark), leading accelerator in
Scandinavia, which has experience in growing up startup companies and working with next-generation energy and
digital products and services, and FundingBox Accelerator (Poland), the first and largest global public funding
platform for startups and researchers.
INCENSe va a seleccionar a 42 PYMES y emprendedores para acelerar su desarrollo gracias a una ayuda no
reembolsable de hasta 150.000 euros en efectivo (sin entrada en el capital social de la compañía) y servicios de
apoyo. Estos servicios, prestados por los socios de INCENSe, incluyen: un programa de aceleración de 6 meses,
sesiones adicionales de coaching, talleres a medida sobre programas de financiación europea, acceso a bancos de
pruebas en España (como por ejemplo Smart City y Zem2All en Málaga), Dinamarca (el Next Step City Living Lab en
Esbjerg) e Italia, además de actos de intermediación durante los que las startups podrán presentar sus proyectos a
inversores privados (Business Angels). INCENSe will select up to 42 PYMES and startups, which will be incubated and
accelerated thanks to a non-reimbursable grant of up to 150,000 Euros cash (with no equity considerations) and
support services. These support services, which will be provided by INCENSe partners, include: a 6-month
acceleration programme, additional coaching sessions with key managers, tailored workshops on European funding
programmes, access to test beds in Spain (such as Smart City and Zem2All in Malaga), Denmark (such as Next Step
City Living Lab in Esbjerg), and Italy, as well as brokerage events during which startups will be able to present their
projects to private investors (Business Angels).
Asimismo, las startups ganadoras podrían tener acceso directo al proceso de selección de Enel Lab (el programa de
incubación de Enel) y al Next Step Challenge, el programa de aceleración de Accelerace. In addition, winning
startups could have fast track access to the selection process of Enel Lab (the corporate incubator of Enel) and to
Next Step Challenge, the acceleration program of Accelerace.
