Le client est responsable du contrôle des éventuels dommages qu’aurait
pu subir le matériel suit au transport. Si le client détecte des débris ou
une détérioration de l’emballage, il doit informer l’employé de l’Agence
de transport afin de laisser constance sur le bon de livraison. De la même
façon, le client devra le notifier à TM FARO S. L. dans un délai de 24 heures.
Dans le cas où aucune casse n’a été déclarée, le bon de livraison sera signé
comme CONFORME SAUF EXAMEN
7. RETOURS
Le retour des marchandises est uniquement possible avec l’accord explicite
de TM FARO S.L. Le retour devra être effectué dans son emballage
d’origine. Les possibles réclamations au sujet de l’état de la marchandise
doivent être établies dans les cinq jours suivant la réception de celles-ci, y
adjoignant les détails du numéro de la commande et la facture.

caractéristiques de qualité, seront applicables les normes et les méthodes
de contrôle de TM FARO S. L. Les parties contraires soumettront
expressément leurs controverses qui pourraient surgir de l’application ou
l’interprétation des contrats liés présents ou futurs, aux tribunaux de Alcalá
la Real (Jaén). La législation applicable sera l’espagnole, excluant toute
autre en vigueur.
Au moment de passer commande, le client accepte et se soumet aux
conditions ci-dessus.

et les finitions des meubles originaux.
3. PRICES
The prices listed in this catalogue are expressed in points, not including VAT,
nor the installation, or the faucet, nor other environmental dressings and are
recommended for sale to the public (except for typographical error). The
publication of this catalogue invalidates all previous prices. In any case, sales
formalized to prices in effect at the time of the expedition of the genre.
Prices are applicable at destination. In this sense a minimum € 500 franc is

4. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

5 WARRANTY
The products supplied by TM FARO S.L., are guaranteed according to
provisions in the current European regulations. Those claims made in
writing within five days of delivery of the goods are considered valid.
The warranty does not cover the product deterioration attributable to an
installation, handling or misuse of the same.
6. BREAKS IN TRANSPORT
The customer is responsible for inspecting possible damage that might
have suffered the attributable material to transport. If breakage or
deterioration in the packing is detected you must notify TM FARO S. L.
within a period of 24 hours. Merchandise must be reviewed at the time
of its receipt, in case of appreciate some damage on the packaging, the
customer must inform the employee of the transport agency, for the record
on the delivery receipt and shall, likewise, notify it by any means to TM
FARO S. L. within a period of 24 h. If not warn any malfunction, you must
accept the goods stating on the delivery order in accordance unless test.
7. RETURNS
Returns of merchandise may only be done with the explicit agreement of
TM FARO S.L. the return should be kept in its original packaging. Possible
complaints about the State of the goods must be raised within five days
upon receipt of the same, along with details of the order and invoice
number.
8. TECHNICAL MODIFICATIONS
TM FARO S.L., reserves the right to make technicals modifications for the
improvement of its products without prior notice.
9. LAW AND JURISDISCCION
In cases of dispute about compliance with specifications and quality
characteristics, shall apply the standards and methods of checking of TM
FARO S.L. Parties agree to expressly submit disputes which might arise
from the application or interpretation of contracts that link in the present
or in the future, to the courts and tribunals of Alcalá la Real (Jaén) among
them. The applicable legislation shall be Spanish, with express exclusion to
any other that could be applicable.
At the time of placing an order the customer accepts and submits to the
above conditions.
