Call for Posters COMSNETS 2015 The COMSNETS 2015 Poster Session is a forum to showcase new and exciting ideas in the fields of networking and communications. We believe that this will be a great opportunity for students/participants to get critique and feedback on their original ideas and workinprogress. Participants are required to submit a 4 page poster abstract on their original and previously unpublished work. A selected set of posters will be invited to present in COMSNETS 2015. The top two posters will receive the best poster awards. A selected set of student presenters will also be considered for travel grants for the conference. Poster presenters are requested to apply separately for travel grant support. Note that the posters abstracts will not be part of the conference proceedings. What Should I Submit? Poster presenters are required to submit a maximum 4 page abstract of their poster by the abstract submission deadline (mentioned below). The abstract may contain background of your research work, the key research challenge you are addressing or the key research technique you are proposing, and theoretical or experimental results if any. The abstract may include figures, tables, or graphs. Note that this is a research poster track, and your poster abstract should clearly bring out a key research problem that you wish to present, a justification of why the problem is interesting and hard to solve, and your approach to solve the problem. A selected set of poster abstracts will be invited to present their ideas during COMSNETS 2015 poster session. The final presentation will be in a poster form. We will associate a mentor from the review committee for the selected posters to give the presenters an opportunity to improve the quality of poster presentation. Please prepare your posters in A0 paper size in portrait mode. You will need to bring a printed copy of your poster to the poster session. We will arrange for the necessary support system (poster stands, clips etc.). Please ensure to make your poster visually appealing. For instance, merely replicating the text of your abstract onto the poster is a bad idea. Instead, strive to have a continuous flow of ideas through numbers, figures, diagrams and graphs. The topics of interest for this forum are the same as for the main COMSNETS 2014 conference Where Should I Submit You must submit a 4 page abstract in the same template as for the conference. Abstracts which do not adhere to the conference template will be rejected without review. Please submit your abstracts in PDF format. Please use the below link to create an account and submit your poster abstract. (Do not submit your A0 poster to the website, you can print it and get it to the conference venue.) https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=postercomsnets2015 Why Should I Submit A Poster?
