the student surveys. .
Strategy 1:
Implement education to increase awareness of respect - Through Advisory class, the Link Crew program, Bullies to Buddies, Respect Week, and classroom activities
and discussions, we will raise student and staff knowledge and awareness of respect.

Activity - Link Crew Respect Lessons

Lessons will focus on various aspects of respect by using class and small
group discussions, role playing, workshops, and presentations that will be
conducted by Link Crew Leaders. Per Link Crew expectations, peer
mentoring and cooperative learning will be utilized. The lessons will take

9th grade student Math Meta-cognition - Student and teacher awareness of current level of performance in relation to benchmark expectations on MAPs and Explore
math examinations. This supports Marzano-based research which indicates that students who are aware of their learning goal, and their progress towards it, have a
significantly better chance of reaching said goal.
