PA4 1734 W 7th “Restaurant 4”: A Master Plan Approval to allow the on-site sale and consumption of a full line of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with a new 1,525 square foot restaurant having 41 patron seats and hours of operation from 7:00am to 2:00am daily. PA5 1738 W 7th “Bar”: A Master Plan Approval to allow the on-site sale and consumption of a full line of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with a new 3,500 square foot bar offering live entertainment and patron dancing with 75 patron seats and an assembly area for 121 patrons for a total of 196 patrons and hours of operation from 7:00am to 2:00am daily. 16.
