Europea de Madrid para el curso académico 14-15
This document contains the tariffs and methods of payment for Universidad Europea de Madrid for the Academic Year 14-15
Honorarios para estudiantes que ingresan en la Universidad Europea de Madrid para realizar una opción distinta al
primer curso completo de un Grado.
Fees for students being admitted to Universidad Europea de Madrid to undertake an option other than the first full academic
year of a Bachelor’s Degree.
La realización de pruebas de admisión tiene un coste de 130€.
There is a cost of 130 € for carrying out the admissions test.
Todos los estudiantes que se matriculen por primera vez en la Universidad Europea de Madrid deberán abonar:

• Reserva de Plaza / Study place reservation Fee
La reserva de plaza, representa la confirmación por parte del estudiante de que acepta la plaza y desea
continuar los trámites de matriculación en la Universidad, garantizando una plaza en la titulación escogida. El
abono de la reserva de plaza deberá ser realizada con carácter previo a la matriculación.
The study place reservation fee represents the student’s confirmation of their place acceptance and their wish to
continue with the procedures to enroll at the University, thereby guaranteeing a place on their chosen degree program.
The study place reservation fee must be paid prior to enrolment.
• Apertura de Expediente / Registration Fee
La apertura de expediente es el trámite obligatorio que han de realizar todos los alumnos que ingresen por
primera vez en la Universidad Europea de Madrid para cursar una titulación universitaria superior antes de su
matriculación.
The registration fee is a compulsory procedure to be carried out prior to their enrolment by all students being admitted
for the first time to Universidad Europea de Madrid.
Su formalización requiere del abono de una tasa de 695€. Si el acceso fuese por traslado de expediente,
Ciclo Formativo de Grado superior o titulado universitario con convalidaciones, el importe a abonar es de
1000€.
A fee of 695€ must be paid to confirm registration. In the event admission is due to transfer of an academic transcript,
from Advanced Career and Technical Education programs or from a university degree with credit recognitions, the
amount payable will be 1000 €.
• Docencia / Tuition
El importe anual de la docencia se calculará multiplicando el número de créditos/ECTS en los que se
matricule el estudiante por el importe del crédito/ECTS, a excepción de programas con precios cerrados.
The annual tuition fee is calculated by multiplying the number of ECTS Credits for which the student has enrolled by the
number of ECTS Credits, except for degree programs with fixed fees.
El importe de los créditos reconocidos para estudiantes con reconocimiento/convalidación/adaptación, no
tendrán coste alguno.
The number of ECTS Credits recognized for students with recognition/validation/adaptation will not incur any cost.
El RD 861/2010 autoriza el reconocimiento de hasta un 15% del total de créditos ECTS que constituyen
el plan de estudios de un grado por experiencia profesional o laboral, o por enseñanzas universitarias no
oficiales (títulos propios de universidades oficiales).
Official Decree 861/2010 authorizes credit recognition up to 15% of the total ECTS Credits that comprise the Bachelor’s
Degree curriculum as a result of professional or working experience or non-accredited university education (own
degrees from accredited universities).
Los estudiantes que tengan créditos reconocidos por experiencia profesional tendrán que abonar el 40%
del precio del crédito ECTS. El importe a abonar se calculará multiplicando el número de créditos/ECTS
reconocidos por el 40% del importe del créditos/ECTS (Ver tabla honorarios). El pago de los créditos
reconocidos se hará en el momento en que se matriculen dichos créditos.
Students with ECTS Credits recognized due to professional experience will have to pay 40% of the cost of the ECTS
Credit. The amount payable will be calculated by multiplying the number of recognized ECTS Credits by 40% of the
amount of the ECTS Credits (see fees table). The payment of the recognized ECTS Credits will take place when enrolling
for these ECTS Credits.

FLEXIBILIDAD DE PAGO / FLEXIBLE PAYMENT
La Universidad Europea te ofrece una mayor flexibilidad en tu forma de pago para adaptarnos mejor a tus necesidades.

PAGO DE LA DOCENCIA / METHODS OF PAYMENT
Pago Anual: Una única cuota por la totalidad de tu docencia. Mediante ingreso en cuenta:
Annual Payment: One single installment for the full amount of your tuition, payable by bank transfer:
• Para los estudiantes matriculados antes del 1 de septiembre, el ingreso deberá efectuarse antes del
1 de septiembre. For those students enrolled prior to September 1st, the transfer must be made before September 1st.
• Para los estudiantes matriculados a partir del 1 de septiembre, en los 5 días siguientes a la formalización de la
matrícula. Mediante domiciliación en una Entidad Bancaria o Caja de Ahorros Nacional. For those students enrolled
as from September 1st, it must be made within 5 days following confirmation of the enrolment. Via direct debit in a Spanish
Bank or Savings Bank.
Los estudiantes que elijan la modalidad de pago al contado del total del curso, tendrán un descuento del 2%
sobre el importe de docencia. Dicho descuento por pronto pago no será aplicable a la docencia de cursos con
una duración menor a seis meses, ni será aplicable en ningún caso 30 días después del inicio de tu curso.
Students that choose this payment method will pay the full amount for the academic year in a single payment and will receive a
2% discount on their tuition amount. This prompt payment discount will not apply to the tuition for courses whose duration is less
than six months, nor will apply in any event 30 days following the start of your course.
Pago Mensual: Cuotas mensuales iguales: nº meses en función de inicio de tu primera asignatura y fin de la
última. Siempre que la docencia sea continua.
Monthly Payment: Equal monthly installments: no. months depending on the start of your first course and the end of your last
course. Always provided tuition is continuous.
Pago Mensual Diferido: Cuotas mensuales hasta Agosto. Posibilidad de diferir tus pagos hasta Agosto.
Aplicable a Grado, no incluidos C.Adaptación, Pregrados, alumnos de último curso, no matriculados en T3, ni
alumnos con docencia discontinua.
Deferred Monthly Payment: monthly installments until August. The possibility of deferring your payments until August. Applies to
Bachelor’s Degrees, excluding preparation courses, pre-undergraduate programs, final year students, students not enrolled in T3
and students with discontinued tuition.
Pago Mensual Flexible: Cuotas en función de tu carga docente (Pago Flexible). Aplicable a Grado (calendario
trimestral, semestral y HCAP). Esta forma de pago será obligatoria cuando el estudiante se matricule de varios
trimestres no consecutivos en los programas con estructura trimestral o por módulos.
Flexible Monthly Payment: installments depending on your study load (Flexible Payment). Applicable to Bachelor’s Degrees (by
trimester, semester and Schedules Compatible with Working Hours). This payment method will be compulsory when the student
enrolls for various non-consecutive trimesters on programs structured into trimesters or modules.
FORMAS DE PAGO / METHODS OF PAYMENT:
• Ingreso en Cuenta: Disponible para aquellos estudiantes que se acojan a un Pago Anual.
Bank Transfer: available for those students adhering to the Annual Payment method.
• Domiciliación Bancaria: La Universidad Europea de Madrid presentará un recibo al cobro en la cuenta
facilitada por el estudiante cada mes, en función de la modalidad de pago seleccionada.
Direct Debit: Universidad Europea de Madrid will present their invoice for payment to the account provided by the student every
month, depending on the selected payment method.
• Pago por Tarjeta de Crédito Online: Podrán acogerse a esta forma de pago aquellos estudiantes que no
tengan posibilidad de abrir cuenta en España.
Credit Card Payment: students that are unable to open a bank account in Spain can use this method of payment.

Ningún descuento en docencia recogido en la normativa, así como en los acuerdos/convenios realizados con colectivos o becas que otorga la Universidad Europea
de Madrid son acumulativos, a excepción del descuento por pronto pago, que sí puede ser compatible con el resto de descuentos. Estos descuentos y los recogidos
en los convenios de los colectivos con los que la Universidad haya suscrito algún convenio, no serán aplicables al Grado en Medicina y Grado en Piloto y Dirección
de Operaciones Aéreas, excepto los descuentos por pronto pago y simultaneidad de estudios. Los descuentos de familiar, continuación de estudios, simultaneidad
de estudios o de cualquier convenio firmado con la Universidad Europea de Madrid no serán aplicables a titulaciones con precio cerrado (Ver tabla de honorarios). Si
el estudiante es beneficiario de un descuento, recogido en la normativa o por pertenecer a un colectivo con el que la Universidad ha suscrito un convenio, se deberá
acreditar todos los años en el momento de la matriculación. El plazo para justificar un descuento será durante los dos primeros meses de facturación de la docencia
del curso en el que se esté matriculado, es decir, antes de que se emita el tercer recibo de la docencia. Pasado este periodo el descuento se aplicará en el siguiente
curso académico, siempre que se acredite la situación de beneficiario.
No tuition fee discounts, as contained in the Standards and in agreements signed with groups, or grants awarded by Universidad Europea de Madrid are accumulative, except for
the early payment discount, which may be compatible with other discounts. These discounts and those included in agreements with groups with which the University has signed
an agreement, shall not apply to the Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine or to the Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Aviation and Flight Operations Management, with the exception
of discounts for early payment and parallel studies. Discounts for family members, continuation of studies, parallel studies or those in respect of any agreement signed with
Universidad Europea de Madrid shall not apply to degree programs that have a set price (see the academic fees table). If the student is the beneficiary of a discount, as contained
in the standards or through membership of a group with which the University has signed an agreement, proof of such status must be provided every year on enrollment. Proof
of entitlement to the discount must be provided within the first two months of tuition fee billing for the academic year in which the student is enrolled, in other words, before the
third tuition fee payment receipt is issued. Once this period has elapsed, the discount shall apply in the following academic year, provided that beneficiary status has been duly
demonstrated.
