Registrants must bring proof of Pontiac residency and birth certificates of
all children in the family.

Please fill out the registration form with names, ages, and sizes of all
members of the family, including adults, and bring it back on registration
day.

Holiday Baskets will be ready for pickup on November 20 and December 18.
Holiday Store Shopping will be scheduled for December 17, 19, and 20
