Paso 7 – Ingrese los equipos en el formato, incluyendo el nivel de servicio para cada dispositivo
Paso 8 – En la columna “Target Contract Number”ingrese “NEW” para crear contratos nuevos. Si Ud. está
agregando equipo a un contrato existente, ingrese el número de contrato. Al final, guarde el formato en su
disco duro

Paso 9 – Utilice el botón “Browse” para localizar el archivo de Excel recién modificado
Paso 10 – Ingrese su dirección de correo, de tal forma que pueda ser contactado(a) en relación a
esta cotización
Paso 11 – Dé click en “Validate and Save” para que las líneas en la lista sean importadas y validadas
en un solo paso
Debido a que las listas de equipo son típicamente grandes, el tipo de carga se
deja en “Offline” y no puede ser cambiado cuando se está utilizando este
método para importar listas de equipos
Paso 12 – Dé click en “Continue” al final de la pantalla
Una vez que la cotización sea válida, dar click en “Proceed to Order”

existente está a punto de ser renovado
• Para estas instrucciones, éste es el escenario: un
contrato que está siendo convertido de SmartNet a
SNTC al momento que el contrato está listo para
renovarse
• Los siguientes pasos son utilizados para convertir una
cotización de otro servicio Cisco a SNTC al momento
de la renovación:
Ingrese al contrato
Descargue el contrato en un formato de carga de Excel
Remplace los niveles de servicio existentes con niveles SNTC
Genere una nueva cotización e importe la lista de equipos
Termine el proceso de cotización y orden de compra
• En la guía de compras de SNTC, hay una lista de todos
los equivalentes de SNTC para niveles de servicio
