NOTICE rs GIVEN OF THE ANNUAL BOARD MEETING OF PEMBROKE PARC I,
INC. AT 11:05 A.M. ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2017 AT 3939 NORTH
HAMPTON ROAD, DALLAS, TEXAS 75212 FOR THE PURPOSE OF:
1. Approval of Meeting Minutes
2. Election of Officers
3. Recognition of individuals wishing to address the Board
4.
Adjournment.

person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (handgun Ucensjni: law),
may not attend this meeting with a concealed handgun."
