Normativa Natación 2016‐2017 CAMPEONATO OPEN ABSOLUTO COMUNIDAD MADRID FECHAS CELEBRACIÓN­ Del 10 al 12 de marzo 2017 FECHA TOPE INSCRIPCIÓN­ 27.02.2017 VALIDEZ MARCAS­ Del 01 de octubre 2015 al 27 de febrero 2017 PISCINA: Centro de Natación M‐86 (50 metros-10 calles)
EDADES: Masculina: 2002 y anteriores Femenina: 2003 y anteriores SISTEMA DE SALIDA: SALIDA ÚNICA INSCRIPCIONES: o Se deberán realizar atendiendo a lo señalado en la normativa general de Natación para la temporada actual y reglamento de la FMN vigentes. o La inscripción de nadadores no pertenecientes a la Federación Madrileña de Natación, tendrá un coste de 7 euros por cada prueba individual. Sin que se efectúen deducciones por Bajas/No Presentados, siendo cobradas todas las inscripciones presentadas en la FMN o Aquellas que no se admitan en las series definitivas de participantes por las limitaciones existentes en la normativa, tendrán un coste de 0.75 euros por inscripción. CERTIFICADO FEDERACIÓN TERRITORIAL: Junto con la inscripción, los clubes no madrileños deberán remitir un certificado de su Federación Territorial certificando que disponen de seguro médico en la temporada actual. PARTICIPACIÓN: o Cada nadador/a podrá ser inscrito en un máximo de CINCO pruebas individuales más relevos. FORMULA DE COMPETICIÓN: o Con las inscripciones recibidas, se confeccionarán por prueba y sexo el número de series que a continuación se indican: 6 series para las pruebas de 50 y 100 m Masc. y Fem. 4 series para las pruebas de 200 m Masc. y Fem. en los estilos de espalda‐braza‐libre‐est.ind. 3 series para la prueba de 400 m libres Masc. y Fem. 2 series para la pruebas de 800 m libres Fem. y 1500 m libres Masc. (contrarreloj). 2 series para la pruebas de 400 m Est. Ind. Masc. y Fem. y de 200 m Mariposa Masc. y Fem. (contrarreloj). o No se admitirán cambios, sustituciones, ni participaciones fuera de concurso. o La participación de nadadores de clubes no madrileños tendrán únicamente opción a participar en la FINAL A. 26
Normativa Natación 2016‐2017 o
En aquellas competiciones en las que el sistema de competición contemple Final A y B de la misma categoría, y el número de participantes en las series eliminatorias sea menor de 16 (piscina 10 calles), no se celebrará la Final B. o En todas las jornadas, en la sesión de tarde, se disputará una Final A y una Final B absolutas: Las posibles bajas de las Finales A, se cubrirán con los nadadores de la Final B (según marca acreditada de las eliminatorias). La Final B se completará con los posibles suplentes, con las excepciones reflejadas en esta normativa. o SUPLENTES: A la finalización de las sesiones de mañana, se publicarán los resultados de las eliminatorias. Los nadadores que ocupen los puestos 21 a 25 (10 calles) de las respectivas pruebas, podrán optar a nadar la Final B si hubiera bajas, siendo necesario para su inclusión en la citada Final entregar el formato oficial – como máximo hasta 10 minutos después de la finalización de la sesión eliminatoria correspondiente. En el caso de empate en la participación de los reservas, ésta se decidirá por sorteo. o En el caso de celebrarse únicamente la Final A, los nadadores clasificados en los puestos del 11 al 15 serán los que puedan solicitar la inclusión como suplentes. EXCEPCIONES­ o Las pruebas de 800 m. libres femenino ‐1500 m libres masculino – 200 m mariposa y 400 m estilos individual se celebrarán en sesión de tarde contrarreloj. PREMIOS: o Premiación en material deportivo de la marca Disseny a los ocho primeros clasificados de cada sexo según puntuación de tabla FINA El periodo máximo para canjear la premiación será de tres meses naturales desde el día de la celebración de la competición. 1º 2º 3º 4º 5º 6º 7º 8º 500€ 400 € 300 € 200 € 150 € 100 € 75 € 50 € o Medalla a los tres primeros clasificados en pruebas individuales por sexo. RESULTADOS: Se confeccionarán por prueba y sexo. Se irán publicando los resultados de las series eliminatorias, así como la composición de series finales una vez finalizadas todas las series de cada prueba. PENALIZACIONES: Penalización de 2,50 euros por cada BAJA (en piscina) Penalización de 25 euros por cada NO PRESENTADO Penalización de 60 euros por PARTICIPACIÓN INDEBIDA 27

COMPETITION RULES
Competition will be held according to F.M.N. (Madrid Swimming Federation)
R.F.E.N. (Spanish Swimming Federation) and F.I.N.A. Rules and Regulations.
COMPETITION INCLUDED IN THE 2016-2017 L.E.N. CALENDAR
» SWIMMING POOL:
Indoor, Name: M-86 Swimming Center, (25-50 meters, 10 lanes), electronic timer.
Adress: C/ Jose Martínez de Velasco, nº 3 (28007 Madrid).
» DATES AND SCHEDULES:
COMPETITION WILL BE HELD From 10 to 12 March 2017
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION- 27.02.2017
TIMES VALID- From October 1, 2015 to February 27, 2017
NOTE: Schedules might have some variations.
» CATEGORIES:
MEN: Born in 2002 and before
WOMEN: Born in 2003 and before
» START SYSTEM:
ONLY ONE VALID START.
» ENTRIES:
o Entries must be according to the general regulations of Madrid Swimming
Federation for the 2016-2017 season.
o The registration of swimmers not belonging to the Madrid Swimming
Federation, will have a fee of 7 euro for each individual event.
o Swimmers not included in the definitive entry lists will have a fee of 0.75
euro per registration.
» PARTICIPATION:
Each swimmer can be registered in FIVE events maximum.
» ORGANIZATION OF THE COMPETITION:
o When all entries are received, the number of series will be arranged,
according to events and gender, as follows:
 6 heats for the 50/100 meters events
 4 heats for the 200 backstroke-breastroke-freestyle and individual
medley meters events.
 3 heats for the 400 meters freestyle
 2 heats for the 400 meters Individual Medley, the 200 meters butterfly,
the women’ s 800 meters and the men’s 1500 meters Freestyle events.
o No changes or substitutions entries will be accepted.
o The competition will be held under a heats (morning) and finals (A and B)
(afternoon) format
o Swimmers belonging to teams outside the Madrid Swimming Federation will
only have the option to participate in FINAL A.
o In those events with where the number of participants was less than 16
there will not be held Final B.
o In the afternoon session the possible absences of the A Finals will be covered
with the swimmers of the B Final (according to accredited heat times). Final
B will be completed with possible reserves, with the exceptions reflected in
these regulations.
o At the end of the morning sessions, the results of the heats will be published.
Swimmers classified between positions 21 to 25 (10 streets) on a specific
event will be nominated as reserves. For its inclusion on the B Final, , in case
there is any absence from swimmers classified for A Final, team delegates
will have to fill the official format - until 10 minutes after the completion of
the corresponding heats session. In the case of a tie in the classfication of the
reserves, this will be decided by lottery.
o For those events with Final A only, swimmers classified in positions 11 to 15
will be those who can apply for their inclusion as reserves.
EXCEPTIONS
o Faster heats (10 faster entry times) of the 200 m butterfly and 400 m
individual styles, women 800 meter Freestyle and men 1500 meter Freestyle
events with be held in final session.
AWARDS
o Medals award to the first three classified in individual events by gender.
The first eight classified swimmers on each gender according to FINA score
will be awarded with sports equipment of Disseny©, according to the
following table:

o The awarded swimmers should head to the Disseny© store (in the same M86 facility) to receive the sports equipment with a deadline of 3 months from
the competition date.
RESULTS
They will arranged made by event and gender.
The results of the knockout series, as well as the composition of final series will
be published once all the series of each test have been completed.
PENALTIES
5 euro Penalty for each withdrawal
35 euro Penalty for each undeclared withdrawal
60 euro Penalty for inappropriate contest.
