Yoga
Asanas, or postures, use controlled movement, concentration, flexibility, and conscious
breathing. Yoga exercises ease tense muscles, tone up the internal organs, and improve the flexibility
joints and ligaments. Proper yoga exercise improves suppleness and strength.
