Los alternadores Galí están previstos para operar con motores
que trabajan en atmósferas potencialmente explosivas por presencia de gases, vapores o polvos, sustituyendo los alternadores
estándar.
Gali alternators are designed to operate with motors that are working in potentially explosive atmospheres due to the presence of
gas, vapour or dust, replacing the standard alternators under these
conditions.
Su potencia máxima en continuo es de 595W (14V) y 420W (28V)
alcanzando durante 10 minutos los 840W y 630W respectivamente,
asegurando una rápida recarga inicial de batería.
Their maximum continuous power is 595W (14V) and 420W (28V)
and can attain 840W (14V) and 630W (28V) during ten minutes and
guarantee fast initial battery charging.
Están diseñados para funcionar mediante tracción por correa y
son ideales para vehículos industriales por sus reducidas dimensiones y versatilidad de montaje.
La velocidad máxima de giro es de 7000rpm, siendo óptima desde 2000 rpm. Están eléctricamente aislados ofreciendo una resistencia mínima de las partes activas al chasis de 12KΩ. Operan en
un rango de temperaturas ambiente de –20ºC a +60ºC para T4 y
de -20ºC a +40ºC para T5.
Los alternadores Galí han sido validados por el Laboratorio
Notificado Ex-Agencija mediante el certificado ATEX Nº EXA 15
ATEX 0038X e IECEx Nº IECEx EXA 15.0011X.
They are designed to operate via drive belts and are ideal for industrial vehicles because of their reduced dimensions and installation
versatility.
The maximum rotation speed is 7000 rpm with the optimum from
2000 rpm. They are electrically isolated and provide a minimum resistance of the active parts to the frame of 12 KΩ. They can operate
in an environmental temperature range of –20ºC to +60ºC for T4 and
of -20ºC to +40ºC for T5.
The Gali alternators have been validated by the notified body ExAgencija by the certificate number ATEX Nº EXA 15 ATEX 0038X
and IECEx Nº IECEx EXA 15.0011X.
