Thank you for purchasing SP-3107CM Panacom’s Rechargeable Speaker.
Please read the manual carefully before operating.

Dear customers:
1. To ensure a better and safer use of this product, please read this manual carefully
2. When using or storing this product, keep the product in a cool, dry and clean place away from
the windowsill, heat source, excessive vibration, dust, humidity, and cold place. Avoid buzzing
sources (such as transformers , Motors, etc.). To prevent fire or electric shock, do not expose the
unit to moisture.
3. Do not open the case without authorization, need to repair this product, please contact your
dealer.
4. Do not use force to switch, operate the machine or connect various wires. When you move the
electrical box, please disconnect the power plug and the wires connected to other devices, remember to unplug the power cord.
5. Do not attempt to clean the speaker with a chemical solvent, which may damage your speakers:
When wiping the machi ne, use a clean, dry cloth.
6. In the event of a fault, refer to the troubleshooting guide to troubleshoot the problem and contact
your dealer.
7. To prevent the product from being damaged by lightning or strong electricity, please disconnect
the AC power plug in case of thunderstorm or when the mains voltage is not stable. This product
can be connected to 9V DC power supply, but do not connect current or voltage unstable DC
power supply to this unit.
8. Since this amplifier has built-in high-power amplifier board, the heat from the back plate of the
machine shed, so this machine and walls or other obstacles to maintain a proper distance in order
to facilitate the machine heat and avoid causing fire or other losses: Do not place the rear panel
of the unit on the floor or other objects with the floor facing down.
9. The subwoofer produced when using this unit may cause a certain degree of resonance, which
may cause the image on the TV to be distorted. lf a DVD or other audio/ video player plays back,
it will skip trames. When this happens, Maintain an appropriate distance.
10. This unit is designed with a magnetic shield. However, when the unit is placed too close to sorne
TV sets, it may cause color shift of the TV. Keep the affected TV at an appropriate distan ce from
the unit.
11. Do not use the loudspeaker at maximum vol u me or near maximum vol u me for long periods
of time. This may damage the product and the sound. lf the unit is distorted, a. Please reduce
the volume b. Voltage is too low. c. Check that your sound so urce Whether normal; the above
methods can not be resolved, please contact the dealer.
12. The Company shall not be liable for any accident caused by the use of thi s product in the event
of safe placement, installation, use by the purchaser, improper placement, installation or use of
the product.

1. Para garantizar un uso mejor y más seguro de este producto, lea detenidamente este manual
2. Cuando use o guarde este producto, mantenga el producto en un lugar fresco, seco y limpio,
lejos de la ventana, fuentes de calor y vibraciones excesivas,
Polvo, humedad y lugar frío. Evite las fuentes de zumbido (como transformadores, Motores, etc.).
Para evitar incendios o descargas eléctricas, no exponga la unidad a la humedad.
3. No abra la caja sin autorización. Si necesita reparar este producto, póngase en contacto con su
distribuidor.
4. No utilice la fuerza para cambiar, operar la máquina o conectar varios cables. Cuando mueva la
caja eléctrica, desconecte la clavija de alimentación, los cables conectados a otros dispositivos,
y recuerde desconectar el cable de alimentación.
5. No intente limpiar el altavoz con un disolvente químico, que puede dañar sus altavoces: Al limpiar
la máquina, utilice un paño limpio y seco.
6. En caso de fallo, consulte la guía de solución de problemas para solucionar el problema y póngase en contacto con su distribuidor.
7. Para evitar que el producto sea dañado por rayos o electricidad fuerte, desconecte el enchufe en
caso de tormenta o cuando la tensión de red no sea estable. Este producto se puede conectar a
una fuente de alimentación, pero no conecte corriente o voltaje inestable a esta unidad.
8. Dado que este amplificador ha incorporado el tablero del amplificador de alta potencia, el calor
de la placa trasera de la máquina arrojar, por lo que esta máquina y las paredes u otros obstáculos deben mantenerse a una distancia adecuada para facilitar la dispersión del calor de la
máquina. No coloque el panel trasero de la unidad en el piso hacia abajo.
9. El subwoofer de esta unidad puede causar cierto grado de resonancia, lo que puede causar
distorsión de la imagen en un televisor cercano. Si un DVD u otro reproductor de audio/video se
reproduce, saltará. Cuando esto suceda, mantenga una distancia apropiada.
10. Esta unidad está diseñada con un escudo magnético. Sin embargo, cuando la unidad se coloca
demasiado cerca de algunos televisores, puede causar un cambio de color del televisor. Mantenga el televisor afectado a una distancia apropiada de la unidad.
11. No utilice el altavoz al máximo volume o cerca de volume máximo durante largos períodos de
tiempo. Esto puede dañar el producto y el sonido. Si la unidad está distorsionada, a. Reduzca el

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
Terms and Conditions
1. PANACOM warrants the operation of this product to be free from any manufacturing and/or material
defect for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase by the user.
2. This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of this product, according to our own criterion,
free of charge within the stipulated term and it does not extend to consequential or incidental damages
to other products that may be used with this unit.
3. The warranty shall be voided in the following cases: a) repair or attempt to repair by third parties not
authorized by the company. b) in case of performing any type of cut in connection cables, plugs, connectors, or other adapters different from the original ones provided by the company.
4. To make this warranty effective, you shall contact the Authorized Service Center of your country and
they shall carry out the pertinent procedure; said information is available at www.panacom.com. In order
to start the necessary procedure to get said warranty, you shall hand in the Original Purchase Invoice
where the purchase date, dealer name and product identification shall be stated clearly.
5. Transportation, freight, stay and/or insurance expenses, if any, are not covered by this warranty.

GARANTIA INTERNACIONAL
Términos y Condiciones
1. PANACOM garantiza el funcionamiento de este producto ante cualquier defecto de fabricación y/o
vicio de material por el término de 6 meses contado a partir de la fecha de compra por parte del usuario.
2. Esta garantía se limita a la reparación y/o reemplazo de este producto, a nuestro criterio, sin cargo
alguno dentro del plazo de vigencia y no se extiende a daños concecuentes o incidentales hacia otros
productos que fueran utilizados con esta unidad.
3. La garantía queda anulada ante: a) reparación o intento de reparación por terceros no autorizados por
la compañía. b) en el caso de realizar cualquier tipo de corte de los cables de conexión, fichas, conectores, u otros adaptadores distintos de los originales de fábrica.
4. Para hacer valer esta garantía se deberá remitir al centro de servicios autorizado de su país quienes
gestionarán la misma, dicha información se encuentra www.panacom.com. Para gestionar dicha garantía
deberá presentar la Factura Original de compra en la cual deberá constar claramente la fecha de compra,
nombre del comercio e indentificación del producto.
5. No quedan cubiertos por esta garantía gastos de traslado, flete, estadía, y/o seguro si los hubiera.
